Great service, I needed to return my first purchase as it was too large for me. Absolutely no oroblem. I took it back to the store where I had purchased it, Grafton Centre, Cambridge and it was refunded immediately. I then ordered a smaller suitcase and also a matching cabin suitcase. The cabin case was not in store so was ordered and I was able to pick up within five days.
I love my new suitcases! Staff was really helpful and happy.

Quick trustworthy clear and great quality

Ordered 4 large carry tow suitcases on a Saturday for home delivery and they were ALL delivered on the Tuesday by 1pm very impressive and we love this suitcase concept. Also couldn't thank and praise the staff at Livingstone Designer Outlet Dome enough

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the courier company tried to deliver sooner than the date agreed with the purchase shop.

I bought a bag from Bags in 2014 and I completely messed up one of the wheels and Bags were absolutely brilliant in helping me and sent me 2 replacement wheels so that I could get my wonderful IT bag back into action for our next trip. Me and my wife came in earlier today to your clacton outlet to look at 2 lightweight cases as we're not getting any younger.
The young man and lady were courteous polite and greeted us with a friendly hello.
This goes miles with us, common courtesy has long gone out of retail and these two obviously know the value of a hello.
While we didn't purchase because we were browsing prices we will definitely return.

We had a problem with a case that we bought April 2017 ,after only using the case twice the lock broke so we took it back to the shop where it was purchased . We were very keen on getting another case the same as it was bought as part of a set as we like matching luggage but they said they were unable to get a replacement and our only solution was to have a totally different style of case or to keep the broken one and they’d give us a set of locks ,
which were not happy about . We contacted the company to see if they could help and after one email to these Brilliant people at BAGS ETC support services I had a replacement sent to me within just over a week . I can’t thank them enough they are kind courteous and extremely efficient at their jobs Luke & Ellie thanks so much Garry & Angela ( Lewis )
