Absolutely love the bath we purchased. Looks and feels very luxurious and at half the price I would have paid here in belgium. A friend told em about badkamer and co so thought I would give the company a try......glad I did!

I bought bath ( really good quality) and a drain which is ( bad quality) . Within month after installation by a professional plumber drain leaked twice. Contacted comapny as I wanted to return bad product. Caught in email exchange with lovely lady who treated me like I am an idi.t. She bullsh..ted me that seal changed it properties during transport and this is why drain is leaking. Gave me handy "office advice" to glue the drain to the bath and if drain will break unglue drain from bath. I responded that I will sell her a paint and after she paint wall and do not like it she can unpaint it.
Initially I thought if was a good deal, professional transaction. Quick delivery, nice driver. Nice bath. But everything afterwards is not a happy ending. Recently after second visit of plumbers I am waiting what will happen. Probably will had to buy new drain and pay plumbers again. So all I all my experience is negative.
Very good service when delivering the product. They make it very easy to organize yourself when you have to be at the delivery address. They also make sure you don’t miss the delivery time.
