Outright bad. Great prices! But literally non-existent customer support.

I initially bought from this site for bulk saline due to the shortage in America. But either a mistake on my part or a mistranslation from German to English showed the shipping details as the package going to the state of Delaware instead of Florida. I awaited a week for a response before needing to file a dispute on PayPal. This website didn’t respond at all to the dispute, leading to PayPal letting me get a full refund. Turns out this website ended up actually mailing the package to me.

Come surprise early February 2025 where they had mailed me an invoice for the package in full, along with an additional tax of 3 Euro.

I’ve been now waiting for two weeks for an email response. They never gave reassurance that the package was being mailed to my state.

I am willing to pay for the invoice now. Just please respond to your emails.

I dont understand so many negative feedbacks. Price was great and shipping was fast. Will buy there again!

Dont buy never! I bought two products and only received one.
They explain that the second one was a gift, and not part of the product.

Honestly, the worst experience ever buying online. The products weren't shipped and I had to follow up again and again. After nearly a month, I got my product, but it happens that there are close to expired dates, while these products normally can be stored for a couple of years.
So don't take the risk.
