Avoid using this company for your Shed Install
I worked with Lowes on a shed purchase on a Heartland shed that was organized and installed through Backyard Products. I purchased the paint package with Heartland Sheds for them to paint the installed shed. While the installers were great, they did not complete the shed paint and when I filled out a work order with Lowes and Backyard Products, their solution was to offer me a fractional refund of my paint package but not complete the paint nor offer me paint to complete it myself. After working with Backyard Product's customer service team, they told me there is nothing more they can do and the fractional refund was the accepted conclusion to my work order. It was never agreed on and they completely quit any form of communication. If you must use this company to install a shed, do not allow them to paint your product - better yet, go with a different company and do not trust them with your money or property.
