This back joy is softer, larger and lays flatter than the original one I purchased. It also has the tailbone cutout I needed. I have a tailbone that is broken in 3 pieces that didn’t mend properly. I also have low back and SI joint issues. This allows me to sit for longer periods. If you focus on correct posture while sitting, it works better. My only criticism is that it should be large enough to fit a standard office chair so it doesn’t move around. Shipping was quick.

The item quality was good; I returned it because it just didn't fit my needs to relieve tailbone pressure. I'll have to keep searching. Ordering, fulfillment, return process all first rate, a good experience from that standpoint.

i already wrote to describe what happened - when I used it properly - everything "popped" into place and I sat up straighter and felt so much better! I have noticed that as my pelvis tilts correctly and my lower back lumbar sacral area relaxes - that there can be a "stretching time" of less than a minute that sort of hurts - especially if I have been standing and doing things all day (I use a stand up desk most of the time or of course I stand when I cook). And if that is "really past my bed time" or I am worn out and haven't had enough sleep (occasional nightmares - sleep cycles disturbed) - it is not the Backjoy pelvic seat - perhaps that caused the pain - but that I should have been by that time in bed and sleeping.

Back joy was recommended by my physical therapist after months of treatment to get me off bed rest plateaued, leaving me unable to sit up for a full 8-hour work day. Back Joy made a difference I could immediately feel in the clinic, and now at home. I've been able to work sitting upright upright through the entire work day with Back Joy, after more than nine months of complete / partial bed rest after my injury. Plus, I'm able to resume activities after work that had been too painful to enjoy in months.

I was sent an item I didnt order in place of one I wanted. Communicated this via email and received a reply quickly. Item has been sent and I can return wrong item or keep. Very satisfying communication. Will continue to deal with Backjoy.

I definitely had my doubts about this posture corrector but turns out that my doubts turned into pure excitement when it helped correct my misaligned hips! My chiropractor even endorsed it!

I bought two different products, one for my office chair and one for my truck. It’s amazing how good my back feels when I get up. Hips and back stay in perfect alignment. Thank you.

Does help. Used it for recent travel to Europe. Only drawback (keeping it from being a 5 star) - not really easy to attach/carry. Tried hooking to backpack but it kinda flops around and gets in the way.

The seat doesn’t improve my posture or relieve lower back pain whatsoever

I received the BackJoy promptly after ordering and have been utilizing for my desk chair as well as on my meditation cushion. Great product.

Comfortable to sit on and helps my posture while keeping pressure off of my tailbone.

My second BackJoy seat. It arrived quickly and works well working long hours at the computer.

Cool products, however, of the two products ordered, one that was sent was the wrong product, which I had to return. They sent a return label but I had to pay for the packaging, which wasn't much but not a smart customer service move.

This is the best thing I have ever had to have a comfortable bath !

I really like it. Just place it where you need to massage & it really helps my sore muscles. Easy to use too.

Let me begin with I'm a CDL driver. The leaves me with pain in my hips. I have to keep adjust myself with the seat under more the I would like. I am glad that it is light to carry.

I have been successfully using BackJoys for 9 years. I first tried a friend's BackJoy while sitting in a seminar all day. Amazed that I had no more pain or stiffness, I became a convert and have remained one. A year ago I bought a new one from an online company in Thailand. A month ago, when I sat on it, it broke! That had never happened before. From the trademark, it looks like a real BackJoy. Since then I have had trouble finding the authentic website to order a new one. After a month of discomfort I am about to buy again, hopefully a sturdy one that lasts at least 5 years like my previous ones!

This product is wonderful. I use it in my vehicle for my 30 mile commute to work. It is so comforting, supports my spine, and keeps me from slumping into an unhealthy position. I would totally recommend it for anyone with back pain. It's a huge relief to be pain free in the car!
