Super late delivery (after 1 month…
Super late delivery (after 1 month while the product appeared in stock) and only one automatic email to inform me of a delay. We received the item eventually after me writing email after email to the customer service.

Item not delivered on time
It was written on the website and also while ordering that I would will get my product on or before 2 Jan 2025. But I got it today on 10 Jan 2025. Even I contacted customer care and didn't got any response. Very bad service experience.

We ordered a learning tower for a baby on the 25th of October and have not received it yet, they always change the date of delivery. The last one was 2nd of December but it is still not here for the moment (27th of December). More than 2 months!

Very late delivery and reliability on the date . 1 week after the expected delivery date. The site is also hard to use the search part is not working properly and the navigation is very hard. Same with applying the discount . I couldnt apply the coupon as there was no field .
