While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Hello i am trying to update my identitu for my card and nothing working with the device

Reply from B4BPayments
stay away from them!! they close your accounts without reason without notice and it takes them 2 min to close your accounts but they do not pay out your money if you have money left in the account.
They do not answer emails
when you write to them on their website it is like you are writing to robots and they come up with the same answer all the time.
STAY AWAY MOST WORST SERVICES
Not everyone uses a mobile device - especially when dealing with financial related issues.
You sent me this link to "confirm my identity" to AN EMAIL ADDRESS. Which I only use a legit desktop PC ONLY for all financial institution transactions. Therefore, I cannot pick up my PC and taker a picture of my ID for you. I would be able to send you a DIGITAL file which has my ID on it.
If you are going to require a 2-step verification system, then I would suggest you have alternative options for users: such as either a text message* or an email message.
BECAUSE your system is only currently set up to send a verification code AS A TEXT MESSAGE - HOWEVER your text messages ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH AT & T SERVICES. I just had to reset my entire cell phone to try to get your text message to come through today - to no avail.
AT & T could not figure out WHY your text messages would not come through. But according to your employees - a couple different ones mentioned that they have heard of this happening to AT & T customers before. Therefore - that is a YOU problem, and not a user (client) problem.
Very unhappy that I am not able to access my account any longer, so therefore I cannot check my balance, verify that charges to my account are accurate, etc.

James Howett, our Account Manager, deserves a special mention, as nothing seems too much trouble for him. His responses to queries are timely and helpful to say the least.
Overall, it's refreshing to find a company that does what it says it will, and does it to the best of its ability.

I was recently given compensation by Delta for a flight eff up .I later found out that this was in the form of virtual cards that can only be used for online purposes. To add to my displeasure I had to take six of these virtual cards as the maximum value on each is £500 ,what's the problem with that I hear you ask ? well the problem is that to use them you have to register them through a company called B4B and to use them you have to create an account for each card separately and you can't create an account and add the value of each card to it !! I can only imagine the fun I'm going to have when I spend over the value of one cardthen have to try and add all the details of a second one ......bloody crazy.
I took the time to call them back the next day even though I had little faith that the copied and pasted advice to do so was going to lead to a different outcome and guess what ? yep I was right . The advisor (Fabrice ) was very polite and as helpful as he could be but he said that the system had been this way for years and he had fielded numerous calls from people with the same complaint as me and was sorry that he couldn't do anything about it .
Okay that's my Victor Meldrew grumble for the month !!

I just activated my card and still cannot evaluate the efficiency of your company. Activation was very easy and intuitive, however I wanted to change my nick name and it doesn't seem to be possible to do that, is it possible that once I choose a nick name it stays that name forever?

I've been logged out of the B4B app for around 2 weeks now due to it saying my credentials are wrong even though it is right. I've contacted you several times and asked to reset the password explaining that it's a virtual card so I'm unable to give my card number other than the last for digits, and due to my own security purposes, the original email got destroyed after setting up the app. I've contacted you multiple times regarding this and not only did my card get suspended, I'm still unable to log in. I've been sent 4 emails to verify my identity, which only one of them would allow me to open for it to then send the verification across before I was actually finished therefore it got denied and failed verifying my identity. I of course have since been back in contact and again received an email to verify my ID but again it has 'Timed out' as soon as I've opened it seconds after receiving it.
I am 60% deaf, work extremely long and unsociable hours, so it's extremely difficult for me to be able to call. I have given every bit of information related to my B4B account including how much was put on the card at the start, what's funds are remaining, what shops it's been used at, date it was made active, all mine and my wife's details provided, ( My wife added her details as she handles the finances in our house ) I received the funds on 26 December 2024 as part of a work reward program and yet we can't even enjoy the full amount.
At this point I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that after all the evidence I have provided, You continue to deprive me of my reward funds and fail to rest my account password.
I am certain their is nothing more I can do to prove to you who I am to regain access to my funds therefore I shall be educating the public via all social media channels, the papers, the BBC on how B4Bpayments treat their customers and how they scam us out of our money.

I try to log in to the app and it says my credentials are wrong even though it is right. I ask to reset the password and the email never arrived. Difficult to contact because the only channel is the phone, which is impossible for me because I am Brazilian. I received the card as payment for PrizeShark and cannot enjoy it.
I hope someone from the company contacts me by email as I do not speak English.

Good morning
My name is Alan Ritchie
I have just spoken with one of your advisors 15 mins ago.The reason for this was I have been awarded £320 on a credit card as compensation from delta airlines.
When I discussed this with the advisor he told me I would be receiving 32 cards with £10 credit on each.
This is certainly not what I was expecting so I asked for
one card with £320 credit. What am I supposed to do with 32 cards then the advisor cut me off.
Can you help me
Regards
Alan Ritchie

i didn't get an sms on my number so thinking of changing it another one

Tried 3 times to verify ID, I am not comfortable with uploading my passport or Drivers license, this is not necessary to activate a card I already had, After failing at the log in, I went back into my account, and somehow my card became active and I am now able to access the funds deposited in my card. Such a useless and unnecessary system that didn't work anyways.
