You can’t fault these guys. I took in my son’s Azus notebook that wasn’t charging and as the security seal was intact, they immediately asked how old it was and upon being told less than 12 months recommended returning it to the supplier for a warranty claim. There’s honesty and the laptop has now been repaired at no cost. Highest recommendation

Excellent service. Took my HP laptop in for a replacement touch screen. I was given a price including fitting and advised that the new screen would have to be ordered and it should take 2 to 3 days to arrive. Mark said he would ring me when it was ready for collection which he duly did. This is the second time that I have used B2K and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a laptop problem. Very knowledgeable, efficient and don't rip you off.

Professional, friendly and fast service! Great communication too. If I have any laptop/computer problems in future, I'll be going straight back to B2K Computers.

I have been coming here for many years with my PC problems. I have never yet thrown a challenge at them which they can't sort out! Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, but always happy to give advice, which other companies would charge for. Oh, and very reasonable prices too.

Professional, Friendly service. Needed my Laptop screen fixing ASAP. The part was ordered on the Tuesday morning and was ready for collection on the Wednesday afternoon. The owner offered to stay late for me to collect as I was away on business. Very reasonable prices for the level of service provided. Not worth shopping around to save a few pounds with potential questionable service, would always recommend these guys.

Marc and the team at B2K have been absolutely fantastic - first class service, prompt, efficient and friendly. They repaired my PC really fast and explained every step of the process. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

Brilliant service! In the first instance they upgraded my laptop, which had slowed down to a crawl and then fixed my computer again a couple of months later, when it was damaged by water....super friendly and knowledgeable staff and very reasonable prices :)

After water damage to my computer they managed to get all my data off (which was three years worth of my degree), they were super helpful especially when I went back in again with trouble with my other laptop 😊

Repaired my charging port within 24 hours in the middle of my exams, very happy with service, very quick as well.

Cannot recommend this place enough!! It was recommended to me by a friend who had an excellent experience with them and I have to agree!
I took my laptop to be fixed due to an issue/break in the screen and I wasn’t sure how it had happened. He was able to explain to me how the damage had occurred (the plug-pin had impacted the screen whilst they were both in my bag) and order a new part. Despite not going until the late afternoon, I was able to pick up my laptop the next morning as the screen was delivered by 10am and the our completed in less than half an hour!!
Super friendly staff providing quick and efficient work - HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Mark at B2K computers, took care of my 2015 13” Apple MacBook Pro laptop.
Apple had diagnosed the SSD card broken. BTK tried many options before writing the SSD card off…

Apple would need 10 days to fix… BTK did this in 24 hours. And fitted a much bigger card for half the price!

The staff at B2K Computers were incredibly helpful and informative. I had an issue with my laptop and they fixed it within the hour. I definitely recommend coming to this place.

I purchased a gaming laptop from a big electrical retailer but they refused to repair it no long after simply because the components will take too long to arrive.
So I brought it to B2k and they are willing to order it for my repair despite being a 6 months wait.
The staff were very knowledgeable and patience even when I frequently visited their physical shop to check on the progress.

To start this place deserves to be know as the best repair shop in Nottingham.
The customer service was impeccable and unbeatable as the staff were extremely patient and friendly.
The prices were cheaper than it's competitors, frankly unbeatable.
The staff really, and I mean really know their stuff. I was baffled by their knowledge and the way they could explain the advanced issues my computer had, even to someone like me who hardly knows a thing about computer. It really helped me.

10/10 for everything.

Fantastic service! Visited today for a laptop repair, the person we spoke to was very welcoming and friendly. Gave their diagnosis of what needing fixing. Was told it would take a couple of days to repair to order a new screen, received a phone call later the same day to say it was repaired and ready to collect! Highly recommend!

I took my broken laptop to B2K Computers as they were local to me and within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and told me the exact price of what it was going to cost. I left it with him and 2 days later i had a working laptop again. The service was outstanding along with the workmanship and a very friendly gentleman.
