So its now been almost two months and still no refund. I have sent proof of returns several times, Debenhams got involved but are not interested and Im now on email number 22. They are claiming to have refunded the money although will not tell me where but I have had nothing and suspect never will. How Debenhams agree to be associated with these thieving scumbags is beyond me. Avoid at all costs

Love this company. They just help move 90% of my stock and saved my company.

Purchased 2 tops from Debenhams awful cheap shein like items selling for much more
Sent them back waited nearly 3 weeks still no refund got in touch with Debenhams who said contact azure after around 10 emails asking for various information which id given them on previous emails over around a week
Then to say I'd returned out of the 28 day return period! I'm disgusted in this company..still not refund !!
Avoid at all cost a bunch of scammers !!

Having read the reviews posted by others, I am not even going to bother trying to get a refund. The item I ordered (a Summer top) is pretty cheaply made (shein like!) and certainly NOT worth the original price. Not even worth the £30 “sale” price I paid. But I’ll wear it for gardening in the Summer & suck up the loss. No more ordering anything from Debenhams online for this gal. Learned my lesson!

I ordered a cardigan from Debenhams, it arrived to late and wrong size.
I was informed by Debenhams that I had to contact Azura, I commenced doing this early January, numerous emails to you for return labels, no response , eventually you contacted my, since the I have had at least 10 emails asking for various information, one even said to late to be returned under your 28 day policy and asked when I purchased the item, laughable how can you state over 28 days then ask when purchased
Your reviews on Trust Polite are appalling, I am contacting Debenhams and informing them never to use your company again and referring them to Trust Pilot

I ordered a top via the Debenhams website,the item eventually arrived but it was way too small.I contacted the company Azura Fashion ,who told me to keep the top and they would refund 30%.I told them that the product wasn't fit for purpose and demanded all of my money back.The emails went back and forth and Azura eventually said I could get a full refund.The item was returned to them on 6th March 2025 and I am still awaiting a refund.I have contacted Debenhams as Azura operates via their website and is a bad reflection on them.

I ordered some jackets from Debenhams in December, unfortunately for me they all came from azura fashion. All the jackets were originally priced between £70-100 (apparently) before being put on sale.

The jackets that arrived were some cheap crap that id expect to see off a Chinese site like shein and temu. The quality was terrible and they were in shein style bagging that poorly translated English written on them.

Also one of the jackets was missing.

After messaging Debenhams who were useless, I was directed to azura for a refund. Over all I sent azura 11 emails, they would take weeks to respond if they responded at all!!

it took two months to get the return and refund sorted.

Shocking company, absolutely disgusting customer service and you’ve got some balls trying to sell cheap crap for so much money

EDIT: ive also just noticed that the reviews I left on the jackets on the Debenhams website have been removed

Looks like i got scammed as all others in here. Got the item from BooHoo.com, need to return it now. Emailed them with returns request. Asked to provide SKU number and date of delivery, provided. Now they telling me that he SKY number is wrong.
