Just received my atazom solo b1 all sealed. Powered it on. It tuned. No sound from speaker . The earphone socket working fine. Did factory resets etc but to no avail. Clearly not tested at works. When buying a radio expect it to make a sound. If I had given this as a gift to someone it would have been awful. Lessons learnt. Update: This morning, having calmed down i bit, i could see that maybe the back would come off quite easily. I opened it up and found a loose solder on one of the speaker connections. Luckily i have the tools to re-solder. Job done and working. Saves me the hastle of returning etc. Actually a nice piece of kit. Maybe more emphasis on QA control needed.

Great little radio. Easy to set up and 4 pre sets for stations are so simple to store my favourites. Setting up the 3 year warranty is straight forward also.

When you buy goods online you are sometimes disappointed by their customer service. Not Azatom. Although my purchase was only small but when it went missing in the post , Simon Taylor, went out of his way to resolve my issue. It’s good to know that some companies care about their customers.

There's an email address and a phone number, but it's all show and no go. Really this company is a total scam, because the item you buy will break before your three-year warranty is up, and there'll be no way you'll be able to claim as CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. SCAMMERS!

I bought a pair of of Azatom M3 speakers in January 2025 this year and been very impressed and please with them. The only problem I had was within the last week there was a vibration occurring on certain vocal sounds. It appeared to be coming from the speaker that contains the electronics.

Having a look inside I notice that the electronics panel is held in with four screws, one of them was actually touching the speaker magnet. pushing a piece of plastic between the speaker magnet and the screw cured the problem and the speakers are back to sounding great again.

Nice to see a British company making things at a reasonable cost, well done.

Excellent UK company shipping directly or through Ebay and Amazon. Have bought a dab radio/bluetooth for bathroom and kitchen recently and both well designed and food value, good sound quality for the price

Azatom quickly replaced a radio that I had owned for a while; that radio had developed a fault.
The cable may have been the problem, but the cable would not come out of the back of the radio, despite my having tried with pliars.

Very pleased with the radio. It looks really good and the sound quality is excellent. Great having our favourite stations saved to it, no daily tuning required.

The Pearl P100 Radio was bought as a present for me by wife, primarily for use in my bathroom. I found it easy to set up once I had RTFM .Bluetooth is a bonus as I where I live can be bit of a dead spot for DAB. Bluetoothing from my mobile allows me to listen to the stations that got lost so I am happy with the compromise. Sound quality of the speaker is good for its size.

From the moment I used the website until I got my radio (on time as promised), everything was quick and easy. Excellent customer service. I love the radio and this is the second one I have bought. It's small, compact, easy to use and slips into a pocket neatly. I don't listen to music but am very happy with the sound quality on speech programmes.

Set its self up with dab stations great product

JUST FINISHED TUNING IN A2, ONLY PROBLEM IS, TOO MANY PRESETS 40, WHAT A SUPERB LITTLE RADIO WITH DAD+. I PREVIOUSLY HAD A PURE, BUT THANKS TO THE OWNERS OF ABSOLUTE RADIO, BECAME OBSOLETE BECAUSE OF THEM MOVEING ALMOST ALL STATIONS TO DAB+
THIS A2 IS ONLY A THIRD OF THE PRICE N IS BRILLIANT. TOP QUALITY SOUND, CANT PRAISE IT ENOUGH. 5STARS, 11OUT OF 10.

What a lovely DAB radio. It was easy to set the preset stations. I love the style of the radio and the size of it is just right. I use it every day so far but I haven't used the remote control as yet, as it looks and feels quite 'flimsy'. Anyway I am enjoying using the radio and it is great addition to my home.

I recently purchased the light oak Azatom M3 speakers, and I couldn’t be more pleased. At first, I was a little hesitant, as I hadn’t heard of Azatom before—especially with YouTube constantly showcasing Edifier speakers. However, I’m very glad I decided to go with these instead.

For their size, the M3s sound fantastic: punchy bass, clear and detailed vocals, and more than enough power to fill a room with rich, balanced sound. They also deliver an impressively immersive experience when gaming. On paper, their specifications even outshine the Edifier MR3s, and in practice they live up to it.

Connectivity is seamless thanks to Bluetooth 5.3, and Azatom thoughtfully includes all the necessary cables to hook up to a wide range of devices. The design is equally impressive—the light oak finish looks stylish, and the build quality feels solid.

What makes them even more remarkable is the price. They offer outstanding performance at a fraction of the cost of the less powerful Edifiers. While Edifier has strong marketing and benefits from countless sponsored reviews, the Azatom M3s stand out on their own merit.

If you’re considering bookshelf speakers, I highly recommend giving these a try. They’re a genuine hidden gem, and the money you save could easily go toward another upgrade for your setup.
