Quick service, delivered when it said it would be. Neat and well made radio. Easy to understand instructions, in good English. The only thing I would say, is that I struggled to register the product when I received it so had to input 3 days later. Would still recommend.

This little radio arrived very quickly, well packaged, easy to register for extended warranty, really easy to operate and set up, great sound coming out of it, great price, rechargeable,small and lightweight. I like it!

This Azatom radio is a great sounding,great looking lightweight powerful little job ,ideal for the expectations I had and the use I’d had in mind,coming as it did with its clearly presented user manuel, I’d heartily recommend it to anyone, thank you

Just received my Azatom D20 multiplex,.Great piece of kit,sounds amazing for the price compared to others I’ve heard.Brilliant reception on dab and fm,Bluetooth streaming spot on,no drop outs.The unit came within 3 days and seems well made and easy to use,would Definately recommend.I ordered direct from Azatom as they were the same price as other retailers.

Lasts through the night. My wife needs to listen to get to sleep and when she wakes which she does a lot.

I don’t review any products I purchase until after a years purchase. However, I look on this product favourably so far. It was “easy” to set up. It was also easy to set up the presets as well. The music quality is okay. I’d liked sound quality to be better but I assume the cost factor dictated this. At the price it is it was worth the update.

Easy to set up... great sound

I have 3 Azatom DAB radios, all great. I just picked up a solo B1 which is my favourite so far, good signal, good battery life, good price.

Products, service and price second to none

Just taken delivery of Azatom Pearl P100 radio which is suitable for listening to in the bathroom.
As I am elderly (84) found it fiddly to set Radio 2 (DAB) but somehow managed, purely good luck! Sound is good. Ordered on 25th March and arrived on 27th.

Plenty has been written about how good the build and sound quality of Azatom products are, and all of it is true. I want to mention the after-sales service is equally impressive.

After carelessly damaging the display screen on my Classic V1 Retro Radio, I decided to buy another, as I believed it wouldn't be possible to repair and certainly not cost effectively.

I took a chance and emailed them explaining the problem and received a reply from Simon Taylor (Warehouse & Logistics Manager) the same day telling me it could be repaired and at a price that was certainly worthwhile. I returned the radio, and within two weeks it was back and in full working condition.

I don't mind one bit that I bought a second radio. I have one in the kitchen and the other in my office. They really are great quality.

It's truly refreshing to find a company that will repair its products in a world that finds it easier to simply throw them away.

A lovely looking modern radio.The sound is really good for the size.Out of the box and listening to my local radio station within minutes.This is my 2nd radio from Azatom and it is a UK firm though the radio is made in China.Overall a very good purchase

Happy with the product

Had problems with compatibility with Panasonic TV, soundbar was replaced but same problem exists possibly older TV although it does have ARC HDMI CEC port. Slow response to phone calls from help line but decided to keep the sounder having found a workaround. Soundbar itself is good in respect of sounds produced and well satisfied with end result.
