They will not allow you to withdraw from the account after winning.
I have all the documents that prove my words are correct.
They took 350 of my profits from me and refused to send the withdrawal.
Stay away from them immediately and do not deposit this fraud company

[SCAM EXCHANGE CORNER] - Aximtrade (AximTrade Pty Limited) is an exchange from Singapore but does not operate in Singapore.

My trading account at Aximtrade was created in August 2022. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, the exchange claimed there was a shortage of VND liquidity and refused to allow the withdrawal.

The CEO, Kelvin Tang , has been unresponsive and has not returned my money despite several days of negotiation. I suspect that the exchange is trying to delay the process to run away with my money.

The Country Manager in Vietnam, Henry Phan, has been unhelpful, unsupportive, and has provided inaccurate information. He has also deleted all of his information to cover his tracks and has removed the support group.

My account is valid because it contains the funds I deposited, not the interest. I have requested that the exchange provide data on my deposits, but they have refused to provide information, claiming a shortage of VND liquidity as an excuse for delaying the withdrawal.

Below is information on my account, including a rejected withdrawal order and a conversation with the exchange about the payment time.

Aximtrade is broker scam in viet nam .

i have deposited 100k usd into aximtrade .
I have been trading at aximtrade for 2 months.
when i withdraw , they only let me withdraw 30k .
then they did not let me withdraw the remaining amount .

I ask aximtrade to provide the reason. they said that there is not enough vietnam dong to pay .

and i have to wait 2 months to withdraw .
I spoke to the directors Kelvin and Ridz . They said to wait , and I waited another week .

result : I could not withdraw my money , and the exchange asked to delete my account .

Using the function of follower and incuring a loss in my account while the follower account showing growth.
Broker is just sucking money out from you and please beware.

I am glad to be one of the AximTrade trader, the deposit and withdrawal time frame is mostly instant and to get verified the account is so faster within a day which is giving me more comfortable, the spread is low compared to other brokers which I have ever seen, I will be highly recommended AximTrade to current and future traders as this is not a scam trading platform.

I will give 5 stars to this broker because they provide a lot of promotions especially the free bonus for new traders. I love their customer service.

Member of aximtrade for more 2year. easy withdrawal and deposit method especially when withdrawal is allowed even on weekends and money will be credited to the account within few mins or few hours. I have even suggested some of my friends to join under my referral code, so i can get the rebate. Which is a win-win situation for me and also for my friends who are happy using aximtrade. Also need to mention the helpful support team as well, who are very professional and knowledgeable in what they are doing. Overall a very good experience. So far i have only good things to share about them. Just stared with them and their cs has been supporting me a lot. Their deposit and withdrawal process was fast also.

AximTrade has more complete and flexible trading features. Trading starts from lot 0.01, Legality is registered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) so that safety is GUARANTEED, and they currently also provide multilingual services including Indonesian.

Aximtrade has an excellent Customer Support team ever to resolve my problem. This part I loved most. The important thing Aximtrade had many account types for me based on my preferences. Really good platform with fast depo and withdrawal, and tight spreads.

My experience with AximTrade has been great. Knowledgeable support team, a lot of instruments to trade, deposit and withdrawal process is quite easy and smooth. I see a lot of advantages to trade with them. Personally, I’m not planning to change this broker.

I came to know about Aximtrade through a trading forum, registering and depositing funds in the account took less than a minute.
The spreads advertised as low as 1.8 points on the EUR/USD which has the lowest of the spreads is actually 18 pips on a very calm market which is extremely high.
I tried their copytrading service which they offer and did not like the money manager’s performance i was following so i tried to disconnect after reaching a negative 20%. the disconnect button kept refreshing the page without any changes, i tried customer support through the chat service and let me be clear here the csos and i have texted and i have texted a few were very polite but they seem to be outsourced and the maximum they can do is telling you that your matter got forwarded to the relevant department, fast forward 3 days and half a dozen email exchanged my issue has not been resolved and the losses are growing bigger and i have absolutely no control over my own money, i get an email telling me that the reason i havent been able to disconnect is that i haven’t uploaded my id, i tried to upload my id twice ( verification takes at least 12 hours ) and kept receiving replies that the address I entered while signing in is different than the one on the id which is definitely not, they keep on giving excuses instead of just taking action on the simplest of matters.
Ive been in the market for more than 10 years and i have tried a handful of brokers each with some pros and cons but Aximtrade is by far the worse and least professional broker i have ever used.

Don't waste your time trying to open a account with aximtrade. Verification process worse. I think this is a scam broker.

I've been with AximTrade since 2020 and I am so grateful to be part of this broker. They've given me so much bonus from the past years and it help me a lot when it comes to my financial status in trading. If there's also issues encountered, the customer service are so willing to assist me and handle my concern as soon as they can.

4 days have passed without any replies from my previous complaints. This is the kind of broker they call themselves are good.

Recommended. Very fast withdrawal and deposit. Been trading with them already 6 months. No issue with deposit and withdrawal. Good thing deposit get credit in your account instantly and withdrawal is very quick as compared to other traders in India.
