AXA PRAGUE not trustful

Flight insurance from AXA PRAGUE is fake. I sent ample proof of a flight cancelation by the airline and it was rejected. If I see AXA PRAGUE again I will certainly not Contract anything with them. I will announce this loud and clear

THEY CAN'T OPEN PDF FILES!

Hi, I am posting my review everywhere online cause I am your client and have been ignored since September 2022.
This is terrible company! My case was started in September last year and never was resolved! I bought travel insurance with you. At first, I was sent to the wrong provider in the US because I live in the US. After a few months, I was sent to a different provider to resolve my claim in Chech. I contacted your company many months ago and sent lots of evidence, and I got no response besides telling me that your "mailing system" can not open PDF files at all! I asked your representative to resolve it with your technical team, but she said she couldn't. I asked so what I shall do? How else can I send lots of evidence? She just said she doesn't know! I don't recommend working with your company to anyone. I made the wrong choice by buying your travel insurance. You do not care about clients. You collect their money! My claim still needs to be resolved cause YOU CAN NOT access MY PDF FILES!INSANE!

Worst experience with any company

Worst experience with any company. Bought travel insurance and had to cancel due to illness. Can't get through on helpline and taking months to get anywhere with the claim. Booked through kiwi.com think they are both scam artists. Do not book through either

Months to reply, unreliable, undependable

Finally received my reply to my request for assistance over 2 months late. This company do not offer a reliable enough service to depend upon. Consistently late and unhelpful replies going round in circles. Total waste of 1000s of krona. Not recommended to expats

Worst Experience Ever!

Please avoid using this insurance company at all costs! I have never felt so ripped off! I had my bag stolen which had some jewelry inside it whilst on holiday, tried to claim this through the insurance that I purchased for this very situation, but was told that they do not cover precious metals! And then they send me the T&C's in the smallest print of course and hidding in all the small clauses they highlight that my insurance actually covers nothing! The agents dealing with my claim were like robots, no empathy or compassion! Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with.

What a terrible travel agent to book…

What a terrible travel agent to book from. They fool their customers with insurance and bad deals. I book 4 trips to get to 1 destination. I was told that only 1 of the planes had been canceled and I demanded the money back. It turned out that I only got back 1/3 of the money and that was for the whole trip. Because of corna ofc. :) What a shady thing to do. Setting up flights that never was flying. Good way stealing from ur customurs.

I recommend not to buy insurance from…

I recommend not to buy insurance from AXA Assistance.
It is going on 6 months and I have not received a refund for my canceled flights due to car accident 1 month prior to flight. Called and let them know a week before my flight with an email. Got a form from them July 3, filled out July 8 and now their telling me it was not dated for the the time of the flight. How stupid.
They keep asking for my banking info that does not line up with the EU or Checz banking system which I sent 3 times so I told them to put back on my credit card. I also sent them my credit card statement showing the payment with the reciept showing the price of the ticket as well as the insurance which they are asking Kiwi for (don't know why when they have from me).
They appear to be dragging this refund or not wanting to pay.

Don't buy this insurance as their English translation is poor and only communicate by Email.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Clearly they can't convince customers to go with them directly so they sell their services via other insurers.

Bought home insurance (building and contents) with Legal & General including Home Emergency which was provided by AXA Assistance.

We came home to a faulty window that wouldn't close and AXA said they wouldn't cover it as it was NOT an emergency although insurers clearly expect you to take reasonable actions to secure your home.

So, we slept with an open window and the following morning we were made to leave the house unsecure as both our insurers though a broken window is not an emergency.

This is besides the policy clearly define an emergency as "A sudden, unexpected event involving your
home which requires immediate remedial
action to make your home safe or secure and
avoid initial or further damage."

Leaving both of them once and for all and reporting them to the Ombudsman.

Do yourself a favor and don’t use AXa

I never leave negative reviews, but this company is either quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever had to use or a giant scam to get travelers money. I’ve been trying to contact them over the last two weeks via email and phone (where it says to submit travel claims on their website) and have almost no communication from them, and no help. The first email that I sent was to the address listed on their website for where to submit claims was sent to what my account said was an ‘invalid email address’. After doing some digging and sending it to another, twice, I have waited a week and not had any response from AXA. Sharing this with all my friends on social media, AXA doesn’t even respond when you try to submit a claim. My husband and I have been calling and calling with absolutely no response.
It’s so sad that their are people out there that would design an insurance company based off of ripping off innocent people out of their money, but I guess that is the world we live in. Do yourself a favor and save some money by not using them. If I ACTUALLY made contact with them, or they explained why they haven’t been able to reach me, I might consider changing my response, but there’s been absolutely nothing and I doubt there will be at this point. So incredibly disappointed, what a waste of good money.

False insurance company

I booked a flight through KIWI.com on September 10th, 2016
On the kiwi travel website I checked YES to purchase AXA cancellation insurance".
The flight was scheduled to leave Oktober 25th 2016
At the time that I purchased the flight I was in therapy for a mental illness. The severity of the illness was not yet known, the therapy I am in its clinical trials stage.

The illness was getting increasingly bad, and I was forced to cancel my flight due to danger of cardiac arrest (due to hyper sensitivity to stress)
So I cancelled my flight on October 14th 2016, ON DOCTORS ADVISE!

Cardiac arrest is a medical danger, but "axa-assistance.cz" REFUSED my claim due to NOT covering mental illness....

This insurance company is a hoax, they will NOT cover you no matter what happens!
