The wheels sent do not screw back in

Easy warranty process, I received my new bag within a week!

The customer service was quick, helpful, and effective. I appreciate that I received great service despite not having the information on hand to prove that I was eligible for the warranty. I also appreciate that you honored the warranty as I've heard of so many companies that try to weasel out of it.

My only complaint is that I really only wanted to repair my existing suitcase instead of getting a whole new unit. The piece that broke is plastic, and I have to imagine that was replaceable. I am generally more inclined to buy things for life and repair them than I am to replace them. Again, I appreciate that the warranty is for life even up to the point of full replacement, I just think this could have been a repair/replacement of a specific part.

Away makes great durable luggage. TSA broke the lock on my luggage and Away immediately sent me a new lock. Highly recommend.

All of my luggage is Away. I love this brand. And I am super pleased with their warranty. I’ve had two pieces of luggage that needed to be replaced over the past seven years. One was replaced and one they sent me the piece that I needed within 24 hours of making a claim. This is excellent service!

Very easy process to submit and resolve the claim I had.

Always helpful with warranty issues whenever something breaks, like on of the black side pads came off and they quickly sent a new one as well as the lock was no longer working again they sent a replacement. I guess when you pay that much for a suitcase you’d expect they should stand behind their goods.

Both handles broke during a recent trip, and Away sent two replacement handle kits. The installation instruction video was clear and the installation went without a hitch.

Somehow missed that the small roller bag included a TSA lock and we didn't seem to have it. Thinking it may have been mixed up with the packing materials and we just overlooked it, I reached out to Away and within 24 hours they were sending us a new one even though it was likely our own fault. Great service!

Entered all information regarding the damage to the luggage on the claims portion of your website.
The replacement part with clear instructions on how to install the replacement part were delivered in the package.
I was pleasantly surprised that the parts were delivered within three business days of filing the claim.

It was relatively easy to get help with my issue, but I didn't get all the pieces I needed. I only got 2 wheels and my suitcase needs 4. I'm working on straightening this out, but my timeframe for the repair is now too tight for my trip.
