I had ordered twice in 2023 and now in July 2025 I believe So, (after a few weeks of using this shampoo) my frustration is that not only I see no positive results, indeed I have got a terrifying hair loss! Which was not at all expected. I believe there can be no coincidence. As before that I had no hair loss at all in fact I was absolutely satisfied to see literally a few hairs sometimes 1-2 on my hair brush. Now I am nearly dying. I can’t believe it’s gone this way. I do have one unopened unused bottle of shampoo left would you please consider to refund me with this? Willing to send it to you if I should
All this time I have been thinking and considering what should I do and unfortunately I have come to conclusion that it cannot be a coincidence anyhow

Somehow the product was not suitable for me 
Although as I had mentioned I was absolutely satisfied with my hair, lately before I had literally 2-3 hairs on my brush now full hand which is heartbreaking as my hair is very thin 
Also this shampoo even used with a lot of their conditioner left my hair dull and dry! It developed itchy scalp for me too. Just remembered. It is now Jan 2026
Since autumn 2025 I use my own shampoo made of dried whole ingredients such as reetha amla shikhakai methi and I have no more hair loss as well as my hair are so silky soft shiny and volumed too absolutely stunning performance. Takes a while to prepare a shampoo but then I freeze it. Not going back to any other shampoos out there. No need of hair masks any conditioning.
(Note “to soon to say” not accurate answer as there is no option to proceed with complaints of false performance on their website).

The shampoo is absolutely fantastic!
Please be patient, as it took my hair about three weeks to get used to not having chemicals to strip out the grease. After this time, my hair virtually changed overnight. Soft hair that doesn't need washing as often. I find that even my grey and coloured hair does not need a conditioner.
No nasty chemicals... what more could you want?!

Amazing shampoo.
Took me a few times to get used to it as its different to any other shampoo I've used before.
Cant believe how much my hair grow and looked healthier, my hair stopped itching and flaking and the product lasted me ages.
So happy I've finally found a product I love.

I have been using the natural deodorant for well over two years and it is absolutely brilliant. It smells amazing, it is effective and also I want to support a small family run business that is providing products that are organic so are good for us and for the environment. So glad I found this product.

Terrible product.
Used their shampoo which left my hair dull and lifeless. Took considerably longer to dry my hair and left it looking awful and smelling even worse. Usually I wash my hair every 3 days but needed rewashing straight away. I wasn’t going to write a review and was just going to put this down to an expensive bad experience. However following two emails from the company asking me to review it I responded and gave them my honest opinion. They couldn’t even be bothered to apologise, let alone refund my money. Bad product and bad customer service.

The natural deodorants are the best I’ve ever used. They smell amazing and last all day. Also the product lasts me months. It doesn’t block pores and prevent sweating. The formula actually works all day at neutralising any body odours. It’s taken me 20 years to find a policy I'm happy with. This is perfection.

Great deodorant! I use the unscented one and it works brilliantly. I was looking for a deodorant without bicarbonate of soda, as I had a reaction to it, and this is perfect. I'm really pleased!
