Really bad customer service. On their website they mention service/repairs for different headphones brands. I went to their shop in Cluj Napoca and they mentioned that I have to contact them in Bucharest, use a delivery service and send the headphones there, without any options to make this process be more helpful and convenient for both parts.
AVstore is like a mistress that satisfies your needs, eats your money and you need to hide her from your wife.
Jokes aside AVstore is an amazing site with great people , excelent service and products.
Horrible service.
It s been 3 weeks since I ordered a pickup from them. Still not delivered. Everytime I called them, they said that it is not in stock and they will receive it in the next shipment and they will immediately call me.
They lied everytime (I called them 4 times in these 3 weeks).
They should not be allowed to sell items online that are not in stock.
