What's not to like?
I was recommended to use AV Partsmaster by an ex-colleague from a previous employment.I was put in touch with Jordan who dealt with our enquiry promptly and understood our requirements well. He arranged a demo screen for us to test and when we were ready to place the order he arranged next day delivery.
What is not to like? If only buying this was always this easy!

Excellent customer service…
Ordered at 16:05 just after cut off for next day delivery, but really needed part. Used ‘chat’ on website and was informed part was in stock and dispatch team would contact me. To my surprise phone rings and dispatch team say they were working on getting packaged on to van, 15 mins later second call to say next day delivery was confirmed. Excellent service!

Placed an order and made immediate payment via PayPal. I was contacted the next day and advised the item was not available and the order was cancelled. I requested an immediate refund via PayPal - I rang the company again later that day to again ask for an immediate refund and it is still outstanding.
This company has taken my money and is sitting with it in their account for a number of days so far. Come Monday I will lodge a claim with PayPal if it is not refunded by 10am.

Great Customer Service!
Really impressed by the customer service from this company.
I ordered an item that seemed to be out of stock across all retailers in the UK. I thought I might have been lucky when I found it at AV Parts Master. However, after placing the order, I received a call the next day apologising that the item wasn't in stock. I explained how I had been struggling to find the item, so undeterred, George said he would see if they could get it from any of their European suppliers. After a couple of calls back and forth, it was confirmed that they had found one item they could ship from Europe.
Typically, I would expect most companies in this situation to just issue a standard out of stock email, but the effort to source the item and the customer communication was absolutely brilliant.
I would highly recommend AV Parts Master based on my experience. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and this company offered it in spades!
