Poor outfit, shockingly inefficient, unreliable and to add insult to injury, twist and turn to cover their tracks after trying to mislead end users. Wholly unethical and dishonest.

I bought an Avocado Ninja jug quite a while back and the timer stopped working. I emailed the company to notify them of this and got a swift response and without question they've sent me a new timer for my jug. Needless to say service is excellent and me and my family are greatly benefitting from the jug. Happy customer!!

How very simple and easy - it takes only seconds each morning, but lasts hours throughout the day!- ninja filter water, poured into avocado ninja carry flask with a couple of aqua Rx for boosting energy (on an empty tummy) and I am revved up for my 24/7, 365 days a year position of full-time carer to my 28 year old severely disabled son. I am looking forward to pain subsiding, sleeping deeper, and glowing brighter. Thank you! 🙂

Living in a area where water quality is very poor, having a ninja Jug has made life so much easier. Since investing in the ninja Jug my family and I feel so much more enthusiastic about drinking water whereas before the idea of having to drink tap water would put us off. It is so convenient and easy to use. The timer is a great feature and the service to order filter replacements is so simple. This item has served our household so well that I have now bought a Jug for all my family members for them to use in their homes.

An excellent well made water filter, that does exactly what it’s designed to do! I’ve had mine for a few years now and I use it extensively for all my drinks making and cooking, I highly recommend. And the customer service is excellent.

I emailed Customer Service this morning because the timer on my water filter was not working. I received an immediate reply and a replacement timer is being provided free of charge. Pity more companies aren't as efficient as Avocadoninja!

I love my water jug - the Ninja is well made and easy to use. I love the indicator which tells you when to change the filter. Their customer service and delivery is excellent as well. Highly recommended product.

I have had the Ninja Jug for a few years, as a family we love having nice clear clean water. Customer Service is excellent and it is easy to reorder filter, the plus side every time we order a filter the company donate to those who do not have water like us. Maureen

I have the Avocadoninja filter jug which I love as it adds back minerals the water and the filter lasts for 90 days. The supplements are good too and they give you the right information to make an informed choice. Highly recommend this company as a trustworthy and reliable source of health giving products.

I have been using the avocado ninja water pitcher for a few years now. I really enjoy how easy it is to keep my water alkaline. I order the filters ahead of time as it does take awhile to reach the states. On a couple of occasions there were delivery issues but customer service is outstanding in getting your order to you no matter what happens. I highly recommend these products!

I have been using this company both 4 Mega greens & the alkaline water jug & happy with both. I stupidly put my jug in the dishwasher & needed a new one. The new one arrive & the handle was a little loose. I emailed Joe from customer services who emailed me back within the hour. I sent him a video showing the loose handle by the end of the day a replacement was ordered & on its way to me. I was amazed at the kindness, speed & efficiency used to solve my problem.

I have been a customer of Avocado Ninja for years. Their products are great. If you haven’t tried their water filter I can highly recommend it and the under sink system. It produces lovely clean water and great tasting. Also their customer service is second to non.

I ordered a small item that was returned twice without my involvement. Had to deal with customer service for weeks without anything happening. And then there was just no more news. They just want the money and then they don't deliver.
