Outstanding Customer Service
I have now had 2 experiences of receiving extremely prompt & helpful responses to my queries from Phil in Avocado Ninja's support team. Through my own error, I was stock piling water filters. Not only was I able to put a stay on further subscriptions but also I was refunded the full amount when I returned the un-needed filters. 3 months later there was an administrative blip and again I was given an immediate refund and an apology.
I can't remember when I last received such excellent customer service. Thank you 😊

Great customer service
Great customer service - it makes me feel like a valued customer! The filter water jug is great - I don't have an issue with the taste of our tap water where I live but the filtered water even better and I know it's doing me good as it reduces the alkalinity and removes 'nasties'!

Hi Mo! I'm so sorry about this. I have sent you a refund immediately. There has been a shortage of the Nordic Naturals Omega-3 in the UK for a while now, and we are in constant contact with our suppliers to get this as soon as possible. It is indicated in the product description that this was out of stock, and would go on as a back order. Also, we reply to emails as quickly as possible, usually within a couple of hours. We genuinely haven't received any emails from you; otherwise we'd have got straight back to you. We've been sending out regular update emails about this item, so I'm surprised that neither of us are getting the emails we have been sending. But I accept full responsibility for all of this, and I'm really sorry that we couldn't get everything out to you next day, as we normally do. I've sent you the full refund as soon as we got the message on here, though. I hope you have a wonderful day!
Avocado Ninja…the best water filter
The customer service at Avocado Ninja has been outstanding. I bought the water jug about 3 years ago and haven't looked back. After learning what a difference cleaner water makes to our bodies, I've been on a journey, and was lucky to come across Avocado Ninja in a search. The first 2 jugs I ordered frorm Amazon were cheap and poorly made. I love the style of my jug, and so do my friends and family. Its now become a go to gift for me, and others after tasting the difference have just bought one for themselves. I like useful, practical and healthy things and this is one of my best purchases to date. No regrets. I can tell the difference with tap water now, and my tummy actually feels bad. On the back of this, I once accidentally flung my jug off the counter, the part I needed was replaced immediately with no cost to myself. I've had a couple of delivery issues, and after emailing, my problems have been resolved, Phil this time being super awesome and correcting my subscription delivery to time with my 3 month filter change over. I'm too forgetful otherwise. I love my water jug, and really want to try your broccoli sprouts! I'm so pleased I found you, you make my life better and I appreciate your prompt, above and beyond service. Thanks!

Purchased to replace a different brand and is so much better than our previous jug in all respects. The filter is so quick, the jug pours well and looks great. Customer service is excellent too as I had to contact them to check how I set up repeat orders of the filters. Definitely worth purchasing.
