ADR assisted me with a compensation claim regarding a Ryanair late flight. They helped me recover £1400. (£350 per passenger on the delayed flight.) Exceptional service and assistance.

ADR helped me successfully obtained compensation from KLM, even after my initial rejection from KLM, which I did make the claim directly through KLM website, KLM didn’t bother to investigate my case thoroughly. Just told me that it wasn’t their fault.
Although it took a few months to solve my dispute, I totally understand. Investigation, dealing with Airlines the whole process takes time.

As a customer I felt very lucky finding ADR to help my case.

Excellent service. They helped me obtain compensation from KLM for a cancelled flight when the airline were completely refusing all requests from me

Thanks for your reply ADR. However, I wasn't informed of this when I spoke to an advisor over the phone more than three weeks ago. On my third and final call yesterday, I was finally told that there was nothing left to do from your side.
You might not be aware how extremely difficult and frustrating it is to contact Ryanair, and given my poor health and limited time I have left, I might not do it. This whole experience has affected me badly. Ryanair doesn't care about what people say to them, and it doesn't care about what you ADR have to say either. They're untouchable. You also didn't even give me the chance to click on the button to confirm I hadn't received the payment because you closed my query before I could do so. In some parts of the website it says the timeframe is 14 days and in another it says 14 working days. An advisor from ADR told me two weeks ago they'd chase the payment and if Ryanair didn't pay whitin a week they would incur a fine. This wasn't true either.
Have a good day.
Aviation ADR ruled that Ryan Air had to pay me back. After some days, they closed my case. The time frame for Ryanair t make the payment has passed and I still haven't received it. The 'payment' tab where I could report that I haven't received the payment is no longer showing on my account. I messaged Aviation ADR to let them know I haven't received the payment but they never got back to me. I am beyond disappointed.

AviationADR succeeded in getting EasyJet (reluctantly) to pay the required compensation for a delayed flight.
Undoubtedly we could not have managed this by ourselves.

I had a very positive experience with the ADR process following a denied boarding case that was initially rejected. The procedure was clear, transparent, and well-structured, with prompt and professional communication throughout.
After the case was reassessed, I truly appreciated the careful review of all the details and supporting evidence, which ultimately led to a fair and justified outcome. Although the initial situation was frustrating, the ADR intervention proved to be both efficient and impartial.
I would confidently recommend using ADR for resolving similar disputes, especially when claims are initially denied, as it provides a genuine second chance for a fair resolution.

Simple process, updated on time and very clear guidelines and updates
This was an easy system to use, always advised of any updates to claim and messages responded to. All went smoothly with a satisfactory outcome.
Our compensation claim against the airline was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and a positive result was achieved.
5 ***** service, it’s just a shame that it took 4 months for Ryanair to payout.
AviationADR managed to solve my dispute with easyJet so quickly and in an efficient way. After over 6 months chasing the airline and asking compensation for a cancellation, they refused to compensate. I created my case with them and in less than 3 months it was solved. I totally recommend to use them and I am very grateful for their help.
I don't think without their help I would have got my money owed to me.
Speedy service and great communication.
My claim was solved fast and professionally. I got updates all the time and it was very easy to follow up teh status of the claim. Thank you for your help!
Can’t thank AviationADR enough for dealing with Ryanair on my behalf to get compensation paid. It takes a while to get compensation back but that’s down to Ryanair being slow as. AviationADR worked extremely well to get what we were due paid. Thank you. I’ll be sure to recommend your services.
I flew with Ryan Air, and the way I was treated on my way back to London from murcia Spain was so horrible that all they wanted was just to rip me off and I was threatened if I don’t pay the money I will not be allowed to fly back to London. I thought that was ridiculous. I couldn’t believe it because my hand luggage that they said it was over the normal size wasn’t. It fitted into the template box that they have and they said there was a tiny thing that came out. Which to me, it didn’t make any sense. So I decided to pictures to show that nothing came out and they made me pay the money becuses they will have to check my bag in, but when I came to the door, no one was there to collect my bag and I had to enter the flight with my luggage and it fitted into the top storage. So the equation was why was I charged. I paid the money but I told them that I will fight to get my money back but in saying that I thought it would not be possible, but ADR made it possible. I contacted them and they took up the case and they kept me updated on every step that they took until my money was paid. I will advise everyone to contact them when you encounter similar issue. Just have your evidence. Take pictures because that helps.
I’m extremely disappointed with the conduct of AviationADR. Acting as a platform meant to support travellers, they have instead created unnecessary frustration by changing their rules midway through the claims process.
For example, they recently introduced a requirement for representatives—who are not lawyers, such as travel agents, tour operators, friends, or other non-legal representatives—to upload copies of passports and bank statements. Many passengers specifically choose these types of representatives because they are more accessible, cost-effective, and already familiar with their bookings. Unlike lawyers, they offer a simpler, more personal service without adding legal complexity or high fees.
Rather than notifying claimants with ongoing cases about these new requirements, AviationADR simply closed those cases once they reached review—effectively forcing people to pursue costly legal action instead.
It has since become even worse. New claims submitted with all the required documents have also been closed after months of waiting due to further regulatory changes. This lack of consistency and communication is unacceptable.
Such practices are unfair not only to passengers but also to airlines, as both parties are now burdened with avoidable litigation and court costs. Overall, this reflects very poorly on a service that is supposed to provide fair and efficient dispute resolution.
This company was helpful, kept in touch and achieved a desirable outcome.
