"Absolutely to Avoid: Arbitrary Cancellation and Total Lack of Reliability"
I strongly advise against this establishment.
In March 2025, I booked and fully paid for my stay, with confirmation, invoice, and online check-in completed. Everything appeared to be contractually guaranteed.
Six months later, the hotel unilaterally canceled my reservation, citing a new policy requiring a minimum stay of two nights — a rule that did not exist at the time of my booking.
As a result, by the time of cancellation, equivalent accommodations were either fully booked or only available at much higher rates. Exactly the situation I had sought to avoid by booking early.
Changing the terms retroactively and canceling a confirmed reservation is, in my view, a serious breach of contractual commitments.
In short: zero reliability, zero transparency, and a blatant disregard for travelers.
