The staff at Avante have been very helpful and prompt in replying to any questions I have had about the tests. I have used the company at least six times over the years and highly recommend them.

I was able to book a test on Sunday and the person working there was helpful and prompt. Test was taken in the parking lot and the attendant promised results within 24-36 hours and results did arrive in promised time, sent to my email, because I could not trust my phone on its international program. Thank you.

I wasn't willing to book with any provider and put myself under pressure after reading horror stories on the internet about kits not arriving or results not being released so I asked a colleague who arrived in the UK before me and he recommended Avante and it was the best recommendation I ever got in my life. My kits were received instantly. They were delivered even before I arrived. Results were received seamlessly on the same day they arrived in the lab. The registration was hassle free and straightforward. Whenever I had a question, someone picked the phone promptly and gave me all the information I needed. I really couldn't be happier with my Day 2 and 8 testing experience and I can't recommend Avante Health enough. Great job!

Might seem a slightly more expensive option than other service providers. But Avante are providing a reliable and efficient service. Simple instructions and timely results. Would recommend.

Seamless and prompt service.

When I arrived, I called and confirmed my address. Despite that, My day 2 kit was “returned” when I was home and waiting. The delivery guy never came. The turn around time is terrible. I got my day 2 test on day 5 and day 5 test on day 8 which defeats the purpose of me doing the day 5 early release. I was informed that the lab was an hour away from my address and so the test was posted. However later I was told they did have a closer lab. A lot of stress and anxiety.

Ordered tests before arriving in the UK and they made it to my residence on time. All results were delivered however the wait time for my results was really varied which is understandable especially as I paid for a Test to Release Package whose result only got sent a day prior to my last day of isolation. Overall great customer service were always available every day of the weeks.

Everything in time and very quick. Next time only with them.
