Fast delivery, good prices, good advice
Fast delivery, good selection, decent prices. Usually good advice and service through the chat function, but it wasn’t working on this occasion when I ordered.
Update based on reply from AV-Cables: thank you for the offer of help now! This matches the type of customer service I have received in the past from you. I don't need anything, but I will say this – one of the great advantages of the chat function is that you speak to a human being so it's perfectly acceptable to me that during busy periods it might not be available.

I have bought many things from this company over the years and have only had good experiences. The delivery is super fast, usually the next day after ordering. The products are as shown and described on their website, and when I did have the misfortune of receiving a faulty product, their customer service was excellent. A full 5 stars from me!! :)
