Very friendly and helpful, even offered me a choice of cars and transmission. No hard sell on insurance. Very quick and efficient at pick up and drop off. Excellent service overall.

Quick pick up, good cars. Make sure you have a credit card not a debit card if you don't want to subscribe the extra insurance. I've been using them services for 4 years now, I recommend it.

We regularly travel to Menorca and regularly hire a car from AutosMenorca. We have never had any problems with the booking, collection or return. All is done efficiently and smoothly and this trip was no exception. Upon collection we always photograph/video all round the car in order to evidence any pre-existing marks etc. We have only ever once needed to show our photos, (when the car didn't have something marked on the map/diagram) . But if the vehicle is undamaged (or has marks matching the diagram) and you return it looking the same then you of course have no problem.
Please read the Ts&Cs, you either pay for their excess Insurance or have a large amount (£1000-£1500) blocked on your credit card as a precaution. (It remains pending until unblocked) . Same with around £85/£100 for fuel deposit. Again return it as you should undamaged and with fuel and the blocks are cancelled. We normally get notification of the cancellation of the block whilst we are enroute to the airport so it's super efficient.
AutosMenorca have made our holidays car hire worry free and I'd recommend them to any one.

We specifically ordered a small car and we were provided with a car that was as requested. Both collection and the return were quick and easy, but you have to remember that it is winter!

Everything was super quick and they didn’t try to sneak us any extra prices. I recommend getting the fiat 500, it’s super cheap and worked perfectly. I had a great experience with these guys and I’m surprised they don’t have a higher rating on here. The only negative thing was that we had to wait quite a long while (45mins) in the sun when we returned the car because there was a lot of people returning cars and not enough shuttles, but the staff was working super quickly to help out.

The team in the pickup office was great, but their support crew is a nightmare to deal with. I'd suggest avoiding their service if you don't want any headaches.

By far the best hire car company we have used. The car was in as new a condition with very little km's on the clock and very clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous with the pick up and drop off very good as well. Fully recommend AutosMenorca
