First, the good. AAC is incredibly easy to order from and I was consistently updated on my order. The order was shipped quickly and I received the order in great shape. They used incredible care packing the order and they should be commended for the good.

Now, the bad. I spent $500 on a headlight kit from AAC. I checked online and a forum posting from the creator of the kit stated covers were included. I confirmed this by checking the instructions on AAC's website and the last step was to install the covers. Obviously I believed they were included.

Today I received the order and I have no covers. So a quick call to the company and the lady asks me to send her a picture of what I received so she can replace them in the morning. Next thing I know she places me on hold and comes back to say they are not included. I explain to her what I found through their instructions and she can only tell me that they're outdated. I spoke with a manager and she told me the same thing. I asked her if I could receive a small discount to go towards me purchasing the covers and she simply stated no. I am returning the order and will stay away from AAC for the future. I don't mind them making a mistake but they're doing nothing to work with me to correct their mistake. My first and last with AAC.

I bought a set of Halos for headlights and fogs I liked the color so much I got a set of the wheel LED. Next thing is switches and a rear Chrysler emblem.

I wasn't sure about what I needed, so I called and was helped right away. The sales rep took their time and gave me all the information I needed. I ended up purchasing the ORACLE 5th Gen Camaro Concept Side Mirrors.

I had them painted so it took an extra few days, but they were totally worth the wait!

I will be ordering more products very soon!

Bought the following products from Oracle Lighting:

Camaro 2010+ sidemarkers summit white / clear lens
2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro RGB LED Dome Light Replacement

The sidemarkers didn't match the factory color at all. I had to return them and Oracle repainted them (still no match). I had to pay the return shipping. I was charged customs twice, because Oracle declared the return as "Gift".

Bad customer service! I had to write several emails before they took care of the problem! At least I got a refund for the paint job (cash and store coupon).

Don't buy the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro RGB LED Dome Light Replacement, they are faulty! They interfered with my factory backup camera, reset themselves to factory setting, which is "colorshift" and flicker every time you turn the engine on! Still waiting for Oracle to fix it!

Received the Oracle Color-shift Halo lights for my JK Wrangler and installed them effortlessly. They look great, work great and the installation was simple.

I've been using this company for a few years now and never had I had a complaint. I purchased some premade halo headlights while deployed and was informed, with pictures via email, of every step of the process. After 2 years I had a few leds go out and was told the lifetime warranty will cover any defective parts. Was emailed when they received them and when they were ready to ship. Never had such great, professional and friendly service. Matt made me feel like I'm apart of the AAC oracle team. Shout out especially to him for actually remembering me after so long, and to the top of the line products this company offers. I will be a lifetime customer.

We have been doing business with AAC and Oracle Lighting for many years, and they are top notch. As a frequent car show attendee, I highly value good communication and customer service, and the experience we have with AAC sets them apart from everyone else. I wouldn't trust my Camaro with too many people but their installation team is clean and competent.

The product is great but your customer service will keep me coming back and sending customers your way. All the employees I came in contact with made me feel comfortable and let me know someone was going to take care of me, but it all started with my first phone call to you. I had never been there or heard of you until I had a horrible experience with another shop and I found you because they used your product and I was looking for help. Rich Whatley answered the phone the first time I called and he listened to my problems and assured me that he would do whatever it took to fix my problems and that I would be totally satisfied. Honestly, I thought he was probably over promising and that I would be let down. Well, I was completely wrong! He was great! He even introduced me to the tech that was working on my sons car and he was great too.

I'm in business for myself, and I always want to hear honest feedback, good or bad, and unfortunately most of the time all you hear is the bad. This is why I took time to write this because your team was extremely competent and it all started with Rich! Thank you Rich! You'll be seeing me again soon for my wife's car.

The Faulty products and poooor customer service is something to be wary of. Although at this point id like to point out to everyone how shady this company is. This is the second review...
After writing the first review I was sent an email from Tiffanie from AAC. Instead of trying to make things right for me after the issues I had regarding products and a refund she opted to bribe me with a shipping fee refund if i agreed to my change my review. Before considering anything like that I asked her why I received a partial refund on a product I never received. I was refunded $36 when I paid $77. Since then I've sent 2 emails with no reply... Lesson learned I guess. Hopefully I can help others from wasting their money and being blatantly ripped off. I've Started with this but next will be the Camaro forums and whatever other outlet I can find. When I first heard about this company I ignored the warnings. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

Giving a shout out to Rich@oracle for his top notch customer service. I called in to get a correction made on a order i put in. I some how ordered the wrong kit (my mistake) and called in to find out what i did wrong. they had me send in some photos and "Made" a whole set just to fit the lamps that i have. on top of just doing that they put my order in as a priority something i would gladly pay double if not triple price on just for a complete custom kit! keep up the great work Rich

I'm sorry to say that they are not very customer oriented. I was on a group buy and put money down over 5 months ago and still have not gotten any parts. I realized that it would take some time but I feel this is excessive. I've now decided to trade my current Camaro in for the new model Camaro and sent them a request for a refund but they tell me that no refund is available for this buy and I will forfeit my deposit. It was not stated anywhere in the forum discussion about a non refundable deposit so I'm not sure how they can state that. They were pleasant about it but I also own a business and can't see why you would treat customers that way. I hope this is a isolated incidence and others have more luck.

I had a set of interior bulbs I bought from another vendor. I wasn't satisfied with them so I bought some from Oracle. They are great. They are constructed way better and the quality is superb.

It's doing what it's expected, often times it automatically restores to defaut to show disco effect which makes me laughed by wife and friends say I look like a DJ.

I rather get my money back
