Lost keys, no responsibility taken
I recently used Automotion for a 2 week holiday. Upon returning, my house keys were missing from my vehicle. Automotion confirmed that they had listed a set of keys as being among the items left in the car and promised they would find them or compensate accordingly. The issue caused much hassle and stress, as you may imagine, having arrived at nightfall with an hour's drive home and no house keys! Automation, however, decided their best course of action would be to respond to a few emails with a 'we will investigate, sorry for the inconvenience' message, and then stop responding altogether. No keys, no compensation, no responsibility or solution offered. Just ghosting - and someone from the company has our house keys and our address!!! Any company that behaves this way deserves no business. Please avoid.
