They are a corvette dealership which are very HIGH in price. They do have other cars there that they sell & they are overpriced as well. I had purchased a car from there that I couldn’t not pass on, 3/29/23, not a corvette, over a year ago. Did not know how they were before I bought car. When I go to my car meets, people ask me where I for my car from & they all said the same thing, THEY ARE HIGH PRICED AND RIP OFFS!!
I am putting this out there so everyone one is aware of how they treated me!! This is not a joke!! I already filed a report with BBB And NJ Consumer Affairs. If you care, do not buy from them as they will do to you what they did to me. Please spread the word.
When I was in process of signing the paperwork, I told him I wanted to go with my bank. They said they don’t deal with them & had to go with one of the 3 they deal with. I chose the best of the 3 as I didn’t like the other 2. I told them DO NOT apply with the other 2 as it will go on my Credit report as a Hard inquire. I told them the one, I used with prev. car, I had a bad experience with & then he said the other one wouldn’t approve you anyway cause they are tough. When all was done, they pressured me into leaving reviews on who they wanted to me do it with. I had said I would do it, but not now, but continued to pressure me so I left one. Was very uncomfortable. They wanted me to do more but I said I would when get home, but I wasn’t going to. When I had to come back there for something, they started pressuring me again to give them more reviews with places. They stood over me telling me what to write as well. Making me feel little nervous but did it. This is probably why they show as being the #1 Corvette Dealer, pressuring people into doing reviews. I had a few issues with the car & said they would fix it. Several months went by & still nothing. Had to keep calling them & they said they will do it. Little times goes by & same thing, had to call them again. This went on for several months. Just always got a run around. I had a race version exhaust that I put on the car I traded in for this car. They didn’t want to give me more money on the trade in so I told them I have old exhaust; you can put that one on and give me mine back. He said no problem, it just the car won’t sell being louder. OMG!! Are you are kidding me, It’s a Mustang. Whatever!! This took way over 3 months for them to do & went through the same process with the other issue. The car was not detailed inside either. He said to come back & will do it. I got there & watched him take a towel to sweep the dirt off the floors. Said didn’t have a vacuum. He only spot cleaned the outside. Its funny with what they put in the report….. They said they accommodated with everything and even after I purchased the car. Such liars. They are just trying to make themselves look good. Well…. I ran by credit report & both of those banks were on my credit report as Hard Inquires. So this caused my credit to go down. With filing with BBB me & Auto Direct went back & forth. BBB told me I could call the Banks to see if they will remove them considering the issue. I did & they said they couldn’t. Auto Direct would have to call them and tell them they did it in error & it would be removed. I stated that in the report & then Auto Direct came back with saving the will not help with that. So now in process reporting to NJ Consumer Affairs.
