Bought one for my Caterham cheaply made and does not fit well it leaks and the stitching is very poor! Save your money and buy another make!

Avoid this company at all costs. This is in high probability a scam company. Like many others I ordered a cover just having read what seem very dodgy reviews on their website. After long delays and usual excuses got a very poor quality(Cheap & Nasty is the expression) chased for refund after many promises of money being sent in 10 days got nothing and eventually referred to my credit card to get refund. Do not trust under any circumstances.

Yet another Chinese scammer masquerading as a UK-based company. This time they advertise 'custom-designed' covers for your pride and joy. In reality you receive something that resembles a deflated blimp with, as others have remarked, no pockets to cover side mirrors or any other features designed for any specific car in the known universe. The delivery promise will be a lie as will everything else about this travesty of a 'company'. I could go on listing the almost laughable poor quality of everything associated with these deals, but others have already said what needs to be said in excellent detail. Just be aware that your £200 will be a total waste of money should you decide to proceed with ordering from these crooks.

Same as everyone else it seems , my £229 cover is delayed , tried to send an email on their contact us section filled it in but when you go to submit nothing will send .
I will contact the trading standards officer for London , and see what they can do . Then contact my bank as I paid by card . I also rang customer services today but no one answers the phone and then they cut you off . I think you are all right it’s a scam company . I’m going to see if I can get it shut down .i will also contact Scotland Yard fraud squad . You should all do the same . Sick of these rubbish companies .

I have only rated 1 star because they always answer the phone to give you absolute rubbish as an answer . I placed my order two weeks ago only to be told twice it has been “ delayed “ , I have now asked for a refund , the first response was they can’t do that and then the second was that it will take two months to process .
They seem to be based in London ? I spoke to someone in Malta and the time before a German . This is a SCAM company don’t touch with a barge pole !!!!

Company stole my money. Placed an order advised it was delayed until they just didn't send it. Then told me they can't refund due to my card not allowing it.

Bought the top of the range cover, paid for extra warranty, ripped after a while, one of the clips broke,reported this was told replacement cover on the way 2 months ago ,only to be told the company is now in liquidation ,i suspect the new company will be the same owners.AVOID AT ALL COSTS ,Fraudulant & vague, not impressed especially calling them selves Auto covers UK.

I wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering.

I just paid £229 for a car cover which appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. However when the email arrived supposedly confirming my order when I tried to open it my mail account on the computer just crashed and this happens every time I try to open the email. So I have no evidence of my order. I feel very foolish and extremely angry.

Just had a call from Bankstown, NSW, Australia. To inform me that my order is delayed. So it starts!!!!
Proves that it's not a UK company.

AVOID, absolute rubbish. Paid £149 for a cover for my MG, my wife had to resew the retaining straps as they were not reinforced and kept pulling off the cover. Also the cover is made of such lightweight material it has ripped each side of the car. Website gives the impression you are dealing with a British company, but obviously Chinese. (dealing in cheap Chinese tat). Contacted company to report issues but have not heard a thing from them.

This order was made in CALIFORNIA on 2/25, (your site keeps changing that to 24th) for $199.00.
Needed in an emergency.
When I ordered the item it asked for car model, make, year to give proper premeasured fit. I decided on the "OUTDOOR PRO." Page said 5 days.

After it accepted payment it ALL CHANGED!

The order confirmation email said an additional 8 days was needed to ship.
Which was FALSE ADVERTISING.
And that is was being custom made.
And WAS NOT BEING CUSTOM MADE.

Their address is Pasadena, California, also FALSE that it is a USA company. It is listed on the sister site as UK.

Now I received the tracking info 10 days after order says coming from CHINA.

I DID NOT ORDER A CAR COVER FROM CHINA

I have been mislead. Lied to. Manipulated. Bait & switched.

I called their 323 California number numerous times to CANCEL but no answer.

This morning finally a woman answered. The call was routed to CHINA.
Another deception.
I canceled this order with JENNY in China.

She insisted it was too late---already in transit from CHINA. The Pasadena location was only a warehouse & if I didn't want it I need to pay for shipping back to CHINA!!!!!!

I sent an email with my cancellation on 3/8/23 no response.

I believe they purposely waited 10 days to send shipping info so there would be no time to cancel order.

The site has a guarantee if not 100% satisfied.

This is the 2nd company in 3 years that has tricked me with a US website, but really located in UK VIA CHINA scamming the public.

I will be reporting these lies, unfair business tactics and misleading sales information to the BBB & Consumer Affairs.

And TRUST PILOT you need to take note, this company is scamming Americans!

Hopefully you are reading this review before you decide to buy, rather than reading it because you have hit the same issue as myself and many others by looking at reviews,
Absolutely no intention in selling anyone a car cover, steps are as follows
- order online + take money
- follow up as no sign of cover, reply with 'its on the way'
- follow up a month later - same response
- multiple phone calls and emails with no response
- chat online 6 months after ordering to be told I need to contact my bank to request a dispute, which cant be done due to the time expired (which they know)
avoid this awful scamming company like the plague!!!

The review below was removed after Autocovers complained about my comments on their reviews that had supposedly been made by satisfied customers. This was back in 2021. I think they managed it because I had mentioned a reviewers name. I now see all the made up reviews have been removed. I don't know whether that's a good thing or not as they have some professionally made videos from 'satisfied customers'
I do note the other reviews that have come on in the past years since I made my comments about their made up reviews. Lots of 1 star reviews, seems they aren't doing very well. Just what you'd expect for a company that made up reviews. This is what I said 3 years ago. Note Trust Pilot, I have removed the ladies name.

Artificial Reviews in 2021
Artificial Reviews Just went to this website to look for a cover, decided to trawl through the reviews, they are a fudge, the same reviews are posted again and again, as you go through the pages you see the same words and phrases. If a company can't live by their reviews they should be avoided, I'm avoiding them.

My suspicion was aroused by the terminology used by the 'reviewers' they said things an ordinary customer wouldn't say take this:

I own a fantastic outdoor cover, which is waterproof. The staff responded to my questions fast and professionally.

What Tosh, now looking at the first review I've copied above notice 'to a fraction'
On Page 10 we have a reviewer beginning with K:
The cover is high grade. It is waterproof, but if it holds onto water for too long, it will soak up. I would recommend it as it suits my Volkswagen to a fraction.

And there we have it again, a strange phrase that no one would use.

So, I stand by my review of the reviews on the autocover website. The low scoring reviews look genuine however which is why I moved on and looked elsewhere for a cover for my car.

However this is just my opinion, look at the reviews for yourself, if you think they are genuine then go for it!

Thieving scum bags.....Avoid this company at all costs, its a scam business pure and simple.
How they are allowed to continue to trade is beyond me.
I paid £195 for a car cover that never arrived and after endless excuses they stopped talking to me. Still nothing arrived not even the wrong item which seems to be the way they operate, my bank got involved and I've been refunded but that's not the point.
They even have the cheek to email me daily with special offers.
