Great Experience!
Austen Lloyd is a reputed recruitment firm with a professional approach. Gemma Little, their Associate Director, dealt with my recruitment process and she is brilliant in her follow up and in providing updates on the process. She was fair to both the candidate and employer and managed my expectations well. It was a good experience from start to finish and alleviated the stress of the job hunt for me. Thanks Gemma and Austen Lloyd!

I was fortunate to have Freya assist me in obtaining new employment. If it wasn’t for Freya then I wouldn’t have even known about the job opportunity, nor would I have applied for it. Freya was absolutely brilliant. She would regularly reach out to me, even on her own annual leave. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Freya also had fantastic negotiation skills. I would recommend Freya to anyone. So much so, that I have already recommended her to another friend / ex colleague.

Charlotte and Rhiannon are highly recommended
I have been working with Charlotte and Austin Lloyd as a law firm owner for nearly 10 years. Charlotte has found me some fantastic lawyers. She has helped my firm grow from being just me to a team of more than 20 family lawyers. Our most recent collaborative success involved Charlotte sending me the CV of a fantastic candidate on Monday. We interviewed on Friday of the same week and by the end of the following Monday our offer had been accepted. What could be better than this? Thank you Charlotte and super assistant Rhiannon. We highly recommend Austen Lloyd to all good candidates.
