Dear all,
Dear all,
I would like to share my experience with Aurawoo. I paid USD 500 to them for job assistance. Their process started with creating my CV and sending me 30 common interview questions for self-learning — which are things anyone can easily get online or even from ChatGPT within seconds.
Every two weeks, they said they would apply for 10–15 jobs on my behalf. However, they did not seriously check my CV or match my qualifications to the job requirements. For example, recruiters clearly mentioned they needed a mechanical engineer, but Aurawoo still applied to those jobs despite my different qualifications. After sending an email saying they had applied to 10–15 jobs, the same process would repeat every two weeks.
This went on for six months, but not a single job came through. Eventually, I asked for a refund, but they refused, claiming they had provided their “best service.”
At that point, I decided to take legal action with the help of my advocate, Mr. Dhana Jayan. We issued a formal notice to them by email. After several conversations, a team member named Aayur Bansel helped me secure a partial refund. Initially, the management offered only USD 115 instead of the full USD 500, but my advocate advised me to reject it. Later, Aayur negotiated to refund USD 225, which I accepted because I did not have time to continue pursuing the matter.
So, my advice to everyone:
If you are serious about your money, think carefully before joining Aurawoo. They will later say they are not “job guarantors” but only provide “job assistance.” However, this “assistance” is something you can easily do yourself using platforms like Naukri or LinkedIn.
Despite my 13 years of experience, Aurawoo could not help me get a single interview in over six months. Yet, when I searched on my own, within 17 days I was selected for three jobs.
If anyone needs more details, feel free to ask me here. I am happy to share my email ID for further information.
