Glasses took almost two weeks to arrive, drop shipped form china.

When they arrived the quality is really poor. Definitely not worth the money.

I now have two different pairs and rate them highly. Sleek stylish, and can go with any outfit, will definitely be getting more.

The product is poor quality and they make you pay for return.
I feel for the marketing and ordered a pair of sunglasses. The plastics are very light and hard. The hinges work poorly. It's nowhere near the quality of your standard ray-bans.
The return process is complicated, you have to order it yourself which can easily cost close to 20euros.

Cheap plastic quality. Not worth the money

Order send from china though the site indicates to be french. Order was returned at the border apparently due to an issue. No response or reimbursement of my money so far. Do not order here

Very disappointing experience. The company advertises as UK-based, but returns must be sent overseas to a PO box, making it impractical due to high shipping and customs costs—more than the sunglasses themselves. The product quality is low, clearly cheap dropshipping. Poor customer service and misleading business practices, most likely operating from someone’s bedroom. Not recommended, especially for UK customers.

It's a scam. I ordered 5 pairs of sunglasses last summer, they only sent 1. They said the others were already on their way, but 7 months have passed and they never arrived. They stopped responding to emails, I asked for a refund and they never responded or did anything.

Do not buy from Auraeyes. This is just another dropshipping scam that sells cheap, low-quality sunglasses straight from China. The photos on the website look nice, but what you actually receive is flimsy plastic junk that feels like it came from a discount bin.

Shipping took forever, and they use an untrackable Chinese delivery service. On top of that, returns are a nightmare. There’s no real refund process — you have to email them to “request instructions,” but they never reply. Even if they do, you’re expected to return the product at your own expense to China — and all within just 14 days.

This company is shady, unprofessional, and clearly not customer-focused. Save your money and buy from a trusted brand. Auraeyes is a waste of time and money.
