I’m a mechanic and these guys don’t know much about cars
So I read good reviews and I had high expectations. Being an experienced mechanic I know that I have a high standard regarding my cars but I haven’t seen this level of amateur unprofessionalism in years. The jaguar in Kolding I wanted to see was completely dirty, poor polish work left thousands of small scratches everywhere, and on top of that the car had clearly body work done that I could see within a few minutes of looking at the car. But what blew my mind was the employees who when asked about the vehicle’s history responded with “I don’t know the vehicle’s history, we don’t have a way of knowing our cars histories”. Same answer from two different employees and it seemed as if they were angry with me that I dared to ask them about it. One said that they don’t buy cars that were in collisions but that was also a clear lie. I’m sorry but a car dealer who doesn’t know something as basic as the history on the vehicles that they sell is a terrible car dealer. Also every amateur knows that you can easily look up every vehicles history basen on its VIN or license plate in Denmark.

Aunsbejrg review operational leasing.
I came to Denmark from Czech Republic and had not a lot of time to search for a car. Aunsbjerg offered me a good price for operational leasing, so I knew we had to make a deal. I was in touch with Morten and he helped with everything around. Because of my job as a professional football, I never know when I will move again, I needed to have a chance of stepping out of the leasing after 6 months. Morten found an solution and the deal was done. Overall there was nothing to be disapointed with the service. Thanks to Morten and Aunsbejrg.

No after sales support or answer to calls
I bought a car where they didn't reduced even 1 DKK and I have not bargained on the price because they promised they will provide a best price on winter / all season tire later. But when I called them after two months for the tires, there is no response from them and later wrote a mail where they replied with a quote which was much higher price than the market value and told it's the best they can do ! I felt really unfair behavior from the sales manager.

Morten the superstar!
What tells about a company is the way they engage with customers. We took a lease of Citroen eC4 from Aunsbjerg Aarhus in Ega, and Morten was super helpful. SMS, Emails, Calls - he responded to all! He helped me with basic questions on a electric car, and also helped me patch through the Insurance. Moreover he also helped, in getting the car to me, when 8 agree to drop him back at workshop (naturally). All in all, Morten was great support, and he explained car functions very clearly. Fully recommend Aunsbjerg!
