My experience with Audley from start to finish was exceptional. Charlotte was nothing but helpful and attentive to ensure that my trip to Borneo was tailored to my family’s needs. Everything from the introductory scoping calls and pre departure gift box to the actual trip itself went beyond my expectations. I will certainly use Audley again and thanks to Charlotte for such a well planned trip.

Audley delivered another outstanding family holiday for us — our second trip with them after an equally brilliant adventure to Japan in 2025. We’re very happy returning customers, and this Sri Lanka journey proved exactly why.

Our consultant Lydia created a superb itinerary full of wildlife, culture, adventure, and luxury — all incredible value for money. We stayed in beautiful hotels and visited unforgettable places including Wilpattu, Sigiriya, Ella, Kandy, and Arugam Bay.

We saw leopards, elephants, mongoose, geckos, lizards, and so much more. My teenage sons loved every minute.

The standout was our chauffeur‑guide Haresh Cooray. He made the trip. His knowledge, care, humour, and attention to detail transformed a great holiday into an exceptional one. Audley should recognise how brilliant he is.

Sri Lanka is one of the friendliest countries we’ve ever visited, and Audley showed it to us at its very best — just as they did in Japan. We’ll absolutely travel with them again. Five stars.

Robyn organised our safari to Tanzania followed by a relaxing time in Zanzibar. Robyn's communication was great and her inside knowledge was invaluable. She answered any questions I had promptly and called us a couple of days before to make sure we hadn't missed anything. The webinar Audley also put was great for tips and advice.
We loved the Audley app for our trip which had all the information we needed, as well as a journal option to add photos and notes of our trip. We also received a gift with lots of goodies in there for us!
We put all our trust in Robyn and she delivered! The safari at Nyerere was incredible!! The camp, perfect for us with exceptional service. Zanzibar did not disappoint either and we had the most beautiful hotel, again with outstanding service.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audley and will use their services again.

We’ve used Audley a few times. This time Sophie arranged our trip to Alaska. We are still there but have finished the hard land based element and onto the easier cruise part. Fair to say we’ve had a few minor hiccups along the way but every time we needed Audley Sophie was quick to respond and make any adjustments etc. The reason for doing travel bookings through an agent is so they can be there when you need a little extra help. Really impressed with the trip and service. Thank you Sophie.

We chose Audley for our honeymoon and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Anna knows Kenya back to front and suggested excellent places to stay, was very efficient at arranging what we wanted (in spite of limited availability) and we felt in very safe hands throughout. The trip was absolutely amazing and went very smoothly (but if it hadn't, we had plenty of support to draw on). All the information Audley provided was very useful, thorough, and prepared us well. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing holiday and I can't recommend Audley highly enough.

We have just returned from an absolutely incredible honeymoon in Tanzania organised by Harriet and can’t thank her and Audley enough for creating such a memorable trip for us. The whole trip was seamless and far beyond anything we imagined, the quality of the lodges chosen and advice given with how we spend our days was so beneficial and we couldn’t have planned such a trip on our own. We went on a family Safari in Selous Impala then to Zuri Zanzibar then to Stone Town. Utterly amazing and Audley are so thorough and helpful. Safari exceeded our expectations 10 fold both in terms of the animals we saw close up and the our Guide. Food was so healthy and tasty. Zuri gardens incredible, staff so friendly and beach is fab. Stone Town is memorable and stayed at Serena Hotel. Whole trip was paradise thank you Marcha at Audley

Just returned from an amazing trip to Borneo and Malaysia with Audley travel. We like to be fully involved in the planning of our trips and specialist David Walters did a great job finding the experiences that were right for us and putting up with our never ending questions! Once on the trip things went like clockwork leaving us free to concentrate on the experience and not the logistics!

The quality of guides used by Audley is second to none and made the trip so special in so many ways.
All the accommodation is top notch, the food incredible, and the people are truly lovely.

Robyn was very knowledgable and helpful from the start, she made great suggestions, listened to what we wanted and curated a perfect, memorable trip for myself, my husband and our teenage boys. We have just returned from an amazing holiday to Canada. We are so grateful to Alice Wright from Audley Travel for her help and dedication in arranging this special birthday trip. She was patient when I was indecisive in arranging my husband’s 60th birthday trip. We had a few hotels booked, cars and trips arranged and I had a few worries as to whether there would be any issues on arrival to various destinations. I needn’t have worried, every part of the trip flowed seamlessly and this was all down to Alice’s meticulous planning.

Audley organised an excellent family holiday for us in South Africa and Zanzibar. Both Kirsty and Harriet were excellent at listening to our ideas and implementing them. They were friendly and professional, knowledgeable about the various locations, happy to flex the arrangements and make changes where necessary to the proposed itinerary to reflect our particular wishes and needs, and worked very efficiently with us to make it all happen. There were a few communication and other small glitches as the holiday was being put together but nothing major and any issues were quickly addressed and the overall service provided by the team was first-class. One member of our family has a serious peanut allergy which makes some travel daunting. Both Kirsty and Harriet took our concerns very seriously and did an excellent job in discussing the situation with the airlines and hotels/lodges and ensuring that all possible precautions were taken.

The holiday itself worked perfectly - the guest houses in Cape Town and Franschhoek were very good choices for our family and suited us well - perfectly situated, relaxed and comfortably luxurious but with friendly and welcoming atmospheres too. Our safari adventure in Shumbalala, in Thorneybush Reserve/Kruger, was nothing short of spectacular. We had always hoped that this would be the special part of the trip and it was more than we could have hoped for. It is difficult to think of how it could have been better - a very special thank you to the whole team there and to our amazing guide and tracker in particular. The accommodation and atmosphere was great, nothing was too much trouble for anyone, the attention to detail was fantastic and the whole experience felt very personal. Great rooms, wonderful food and incredible game drives. Fantastic all round! Breezes Beach Club in Zanzibar was also a very good choice for us for a few days relaxing on a beach - a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, lots of beach and water activities, good food and friendly and attentive hotel staff.

All of our flights, connections and pick-ups worked well and the local agents working with Audley (New Frontiers, Ilios Travel and ZanTours) were all very good and reliable. The pick-ups were on time, the drivers were friendly, professional and informative and being guided through the airports on arrival was an excellent service and made our lives very easy. The day-long excursion we booked in Cape Town was also great and well organised, with an excellent guide (Justin). The only negative in the whole trip is that we would not want to fly with Precision Air again (from Zanzibar) - they were pretty chaotic, changed our flight times twice in the last 24 hours, and neither the airport process or the flight itself inspired us with any confidence.

Huge thanks to Kirsty and Harriet, and the wider Audley team, for helping us put together a very memorable holiday. It was very well organised, and we loved all of it!

I worked with Lynette, who cared about every aspect of the trip. She took much time to understand our pretty specific needs and worked tirelessly to provide options that would meet our needs and requirements. It was a pleasure to work with Lynette, who took care of all the hassle leaving us to enjoy the trip entirely and without stress.

Charlotte was quick to respond, catered for our needs and answered all of our questions. We would definitely use Audley again. They put together a fantastic package for our family.

Amazing Trip to Borneo.Our agent Charlotte planned everything in detail. Accommodation was great and drivers etc were all on time. We would never have been able to plan such a detailed itinerary on our own. We saw all the wildlife we hoped for, climbed a mountain and managed to fit in planned sightseeing bike rides and kayaking.

Robyn curated a fantastic safari trip to South Africa for us. The accommodation and service at our Simbavato Hilltop Lodge was excellent, overlooking a lake with a family of hippos who loved showing off! The guides were very knowledgeable and we saw the Big 5 and more. Cape Town is a beautiful city and we thank Robyn for organising our day trips and itinerary there too.
