R8 Windshield Repair Damage

Took my R8 in for a windshield repair because of a crack.

This car was the lowest mileage gated manual v10 I could find and I just had it brought in from Wisconsin a few weeks before the service appointment.

I wanted an Audi dealer to take care of this because I want all the parts to be factory quality, and I was banking on them for their expertise to not damage my vehicle.

I must have spent all my luck to nab the deal when I got this car because they damaged my vehicle.

They took responsibility and said the parts needed to repair the damage was on backorder and will follow up with me when it comes in within the next few weeks.

Guess who isn't responding anymore? They damaged my vehicle and won't return my calls or emails.
