Poor show.
After waiting about a month to get an appointment for a hearing test in Silkeborg, I am told when I go there that I have some wax in one ear, so they cannot do the test. Why was I not told to have my doctor check my ears before coming for the test? Total waste of my time & money. Very poor show.

The reason we do not ask people to go see their doctor before a hearing test is because that would send a lot of people to the doctor for no reason, since it is not that often that we cannot complete a hearing test because of wax. We are of course sorry to hear that this was the case for you and understand that you feel you wasted your time visiting us. We hope to welcome you back in our clinic for a hearing test at a later date.

Extremly unprofessional service
In Vanlose I experienced extremely unprofessional service, not serious with costumers.
It looks no one cares if they get customers or not and how to deal with them.
I wanted to get an aid to test as it was advertised and we agreed at the first meeting. The subsequent meeting was just cancelled because they were on holidays (I don’t know why they made it if they new they will be on holidays – during the school holidays). it took me a lot of re-arrangements at job since there opining times are very limited. My job doesn’t permit much flexibility, I have too many meetings with a lot of partners involved. Since I was interested, I have problem to hear on the meetings, I rearranged meeting for the next meeting. I should get the hearing aid for test. When I came there the consulter told me that the Tine Holmberg Kofoedare is not there, and she didn’t order the hearing aid as well.
So I wondered why I was there, why they didn’t inform me about this. She said she doesn’t know.
My husband is a doctor and he advised me not to go to this company, since he heard many complains. I went anyway and since first time went ok I was confident we can continue.
I will not return back. .
I have no trust.
