I had a problem with some IEM's supplied by AA.
They could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue from making the return hassle free to ensuring their customer was happy with the resolution.

Whilst I probably wouldn't darken the doorstep of the IEM manufacturer again (no reflection on AA) I would certainly use Audio Affair again and recommend them due to the help they have give me.

Good prices, prompt delivery and excellent customer service.

Despite a delivery delay the service was excellent. Received a personal call to tell me my order would be late which was good I thought. Also the price of my item was significantly cheaper than any other outlet (I’m aware of at least)

AA were great quiclly trying to solve an Issue with a new Tangent111 tuner DAB not working- replaced unit. Turns out this is not a single unit defect issue. Tangent have an major issue with the new DAB module in their tuner - the new replacement unit Tangent 111 will NOT tune on DAB either - unfortunately, I have 3 of these Tangent 111s now from 2 different suppliers and on all 3 the DAB tuner does not work whereas with same aerial, same location, same Amp the Tangent 11 tuners all worked fine with full DAB tuning clearly Tangent in Denmark Do Not want to know !! And say it’s an aerial issue, It clearly IS NOT!!

I have been using Audio Affair for many years now and I have never had any problems. I will continue to order from them.

I needed some IEC to IEC shielded cables to use with a DC filter unit so contacted Richard at Audio Affair. He was able to get some custom made for me within about 10 days from initial enquiry to delivery date. Stellar service and comms and I really am glad I went with Audio Affair for these cables. They sell a lot of pretty expensive high-end stuff but I felt I got the same standard of customer service for my £150 purchase as someone would spending thousands. Will definitely hope to use thus company again in the future.

Ordering process was smooth but, owing to a slight delay in the availability of the product, I wanted to change the delivery address, which raised timing issues because I needed it to be delivered to my work address during business hours... received a phone call from Audio Affair (yes, an actual human being and a very pleasant one!) and everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. Can't fault it - thanks Audio Affair. The product was great, by the way.

Delivery was as it should have been but it was obvious even before unpacking that the item had been opened before and then re-sealed with tape. Unfortunately when i opened the panels were seperated with unused FedEx jiffy bags and when assmbling i found out the reason for the item being opened before was that the bag containing the small parts to allow assembly had been opened and one item was deficient. I suspect this was an ex-display item.
