We ordered two pairs of Demonia platform boots from Attitude clothing: Demonia Bear 265 platform boots size 8 women's and Demonia Cult Stack 308 zigzag strap platform boot male size 9.
First, their customer service was excellent! A little problem with the website when I first tried to order meant I couldn’t place my order on Sunday. I contacted customer service by email and got a reply within a few hours, late in the evening on a Sunday! The problem (a little IT glitch) was fixed the next day and I placed my order.
The boots were ordered on the 3rd March and arrived on the 8th (they were special order so had to be ordered in to Attitude Clothing who then sent them on to me). They used parcel force so I had a notification of a 2 hour window to be in, which was useful.

The boots are vegan leather and the most incredible quality workmanship! I am so impressed! My husband's boots (the size 9 boots) fit him perfectly. Mine (the women's size 8 boot) are very roomy and really were a half a size too big for me but they are comfortable with a couple of insoles and thick socks. You might consider ordering a half size smaller.

The trousers we ordered (Heartless Evora Pants) are, again, exceptional quality in terms of the workmanship and material.

I highly recommend this shop because of the quality of their products and the friendliness and quick response from their customer service.

Because of the reviews on here , I was quite hesitant to place an order with the shop but did it anyway. I paid £155 for a pair of Tripp NYC jeans and they were dispatched the day after my order and arrived within 2 days in brand new condition. Very happy with the order!

Items never arrived at my pick up point so I emailed them as on the site it said processed but no tracking for the item at all kept checking emails and emailing them as I know collections is time sensitive only when I opened a PayPal dispute did they get back to me to offer me a partial refund on the item as it was sent but was returned and they only updated the tracking after it was returned so I had no hope in ever collecting it as no code was sent to me 17.99 they want to refund me out of the £29.97 they took from me. What a joke will never order again from them and I advise all to avoid very scammy company to do this

Wrong size and “next day delivery” took a week.

Spent nearly £300 at this retailer. I paid for next day delivery and it took 7 working days. The £100 pair of shoes I ordered for my daughters birthday arrived and were the wrong size despite the right size being printed on the shipping receipt. The clothing was poor quality and the sweater had clearly been worn before as was covered in dirt, random bits of fluff and the label was missing. Will not be using this website again.

For the love of God, can someone explain the sizing, please?? By my guess, a size 14 is a 4XL?? Says the measurements are in inches, but clearly CM?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY OVER £140. DID NOT DISPATCH THE ITEM AND WERE ABUSIVE ON THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

The product was very thin and poor quality, shipping was pricey and slow. Ordered a 'medium' but it came up absolutely tiny. Considering the poor quality and the fact it was way too small I started a return.

They recognised the return straight away, but never credited the refund. I waited a week and still no refund. Raised a support ticket, waited another week, no response. In the end I rang them and they said it would be processed later that day. Very poor! If a return is accepted, the refund should be processed there and then.

Make me wonder how many people start a refund and they never actually issue it! I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

My experience with this company is a positive one. The order I placed was dispatched quickly and arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately there was an issue with the item on arrival but after contacting them via their email the matter was dealt with swiftly and a replacement was delivered to me the next day. You could not ask for better service, it was friendly and professional, and the product itself I was super happy with. I give Attitudeclothing full 5 stars and will happily and with confidence buy from them again.

Do not order from here. The worst company. Poor customer service and poor quality. It’s been 2 weeks and I keep chasing a refund and still nothing. What a joke!!!!

Ordered for the first time this week. Took a chance since the reviews on here were mixed. Have to say order arrived pretty quickly and it's exactly as described. Very happy indeed

TWICE ive ordered in the sale a pair of demonias and both times a few days later they send me an email saying the item is out of stock, even though they’re still currently available to purchase on the site? Sick of them doing this, really unreliable and I won’t ever order from them again.

Awful Customer Service. I sent an email and never got a response.

Awful products as well, they are doing drop shipping, I found the same article on Temu for £10 cheaper. Ridiculous, don’t fall into the trap.

Ive ordered from them twice and it has gone well, only down side is the extra import fees in scandinavia

I've purchased from them over a month ago. My package was in limbo for weeks. They sent my package to Germany through Belgium. It was already in Germany when DHL suddely sent it back to England, they said I had to contact the seller and they had to fix the wrong destination. Attitude Clothing acknowledged it, but didn't do anything. Now my package is back in the UK. It was clear for two weeks now that my package won't arrive with me, but they wouldn't return my money yet. Let's see how long that will take...Bad customer service, but at least someone actually answered me. I will never be able to comment on the quality of the products.

I brought some clothing the courier left the package outside I never got my stuff contacted them the customer service was rude and said we will be in touch nothing for two weeks they take your money quick enough if I was you I would look elsewhere this is a terrible company your be wasting your money

They have wrong info about some glasses (Glass Double Walled Cauldron Mug) I bought from them. Product details said that they are dishwasher and microwave proof.

When it arrived I immediately noticed that packing box says these is not suitable for dishwasher or microwave. I haven't bought these if I have known these is not suitable for dishwasher. Customer service is rude. Now I try If PayPal can help me with refund some of my money. They still have wrong info at their website.

Absolutely absurd customer service and abysmal products. Have purchased on and off for decades but have had nothing but poor quality items and poor quality customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for over a week and the customer service keeps telling me to essentially touch grass. The emails are so snippy and arrogant. They are quick to take your money but not refund it for the rubbish clothes they have! Don't bother, go elsewhere like disturbia, killstar or emp

Absolutely awful customer service and rubbish product. Brought a pink marble effect skull and a what turned up was not what I ordered. Wrong colour and hardly any marble effect. Horrible blobs of orange ink on it. They would not refund the postage and then charged me to send it back. I would never buy from them again and advise other people not to. Very disappointed!

AVOID!!!!! IVE EMAILED COUNTLESS TIMES TO GET A REFUND FOR A FAULTY ITEM AND ITS BEING IGNORED!

You can’t get a refund on faulty products. Brought a dress and two buttons fell off the first few days. I’ve contacted them to be told it’s not faulty and for me to sew them on myself. Then then offered to sew them on for me, even though I’ve asked for a refund twice. Absolutely avoid at all costs
