Dodgy refund procedures

Bought a radio from them, the side plates didn't fit, the holes were misaligned. Screws stuck so couldn't even remove them. Sent the radio back, they refunded me for postage only 15 euro despite the return cost was like 24 euro. Saying they're authorized to refund 15 euro max. Also refunded me the cost of the radio minus the postage I paid so that's another 10 euro. In total I have to chase them now for 19 euro they owe me. Dodgy, stay away.
