The device I ordered never showed up, after communicating with customer service, they quit communication with me after I told them I did not receive the product. It's been a while since I have heard anything from them.

So therefore I have very good reasons to believe that this is a fake scam site

Don’t buy any vapes from Atmos

Don’t buy any vapes from Atmos. I bought the Atmos Jump and within a month the mouthpiece broke. Without a working mouthpiece the vape is useless. A complete waste of money. Additionaly, I emailed their customer support team for help with my issue and am still waiting to hear back from them.

I received my order very quickly

I received my order very quickly. However there was no tracking information or shipping notice sent so I was nervous to be honest but after a couple days it was in my mailbox and I love my item. The kiln ra is my favorite concentrate vaporizer. The ceramic chamber gives you very smooth and tasty puffs. You’ll never want to go back to coils after using this atomizer.

I received the wrong item with no response from Atmos

I received the wrong item. No big deal normally (mistakes happen) but I have reached out to Atmosrx multiple times with no response from "customer services". I'm not asking for a refund, I just want the item I paid for. I've used their products before with great success but the communication at Atmos is non-existent.

Where’s the customer service

The battery charge is a bit strange and also I’m missing a ceramic piece and have any an email over a week ago and no response. No one answers calls. I like the product but customer service is a no show. I just want the little piece that fits into the rubber mouth piece that’s it and explain the function of the battery. Also tried registering for the warranty and the site is programmed to not accept it.

Spare Electro Dabber quartz heating elements are hard to find. There's plenty of chambers out there though. The Electro Dabber is great, in fact I have two of them. BUT, I should be able to find the elements on your web site. Why won't Atmos back up their products with needed replacement parts?

The quality of the Kiln RA has gotten very bad. Customer service doesn't exist I have sent several messages to them and have NEVER gotten a response. The replacement atomizer shows on the website but you can't order it. What the hell is going on with this company

Batty dies in four charges

Batty dies in four charges. Replacement promised never kept - from Atoms - We would be happy to replace the product for you. Right now we are currently merging warehouses and have all our product consolidated into one warehouse. Once the products arrive to our new warehouse we will get this shipped over to you. Should be here to ship by next Wednesday.

My order has still not shipped and it’s been over two weeks. I was charged immediately but still no movement on my package. I was told it would go out last week and now it’s crickets. I’m about to dispute it with my credit card company.
