Mostly excellent service - only problem was...
We found it difficult to locate the shuttle bus from the airport. No sign to say 'this is where centauro bus will collect'. Otherwise, excellent service

Hello dear I use atlas choice every year when I go holiday but last time I went to turkey September I come back to the uk October after 6 months this company which was atlas choice working GRS company they take Money from my credit card £638 pounds so I need help regently please contact me soon as possible

Company very decent. car had some small problems due to lots of mileage . Other wise we had little issue. Price was very reasonable

From the minute we arrived at Chania Airport we had excellent service and drop off at the end of the week was the same. Absolutely no problems. Could not say the same for other car hire places around the world!

We had booked a large family car (e.g. Ford C-Max) but received a normal Fiat sedan instead. It was quite new and in good shape (around 10000 km only) BUT we could not fit my family of 5 (2 kids and a baby) in the car. I had specifically written to Customer service before the trip to confirm that we need a car for 2 adults and 5 kids - very frustrating and unacceptable!!!
After many discussions and 2 days later - we finally got the larger car and could travel again in peace and comfort.

Do not use operator ATLAS CHOICE and NOLEGGIARE...
Summer 2016 we were in holidays in Sardinia and f I had paid ATLAS CHOICE for renting car at NOLEGGIARE office
Few months later NOLEGGIARE company inform me that ATLAS CHOICE didn't pay the invoice and according to their terms and conditions they had been forced to charge me again....So I paid twice, I think it's a fraud

Do not use!

After 6 months of renting a car in Palermo, Italy I got contacted by the local company to inform me that Atlaschoice didn't pay the invoice and according to the T&Cs i am bound to cover it.

After doing a research i found out that Atlaschoice is doing this on a regular basis and they are keeping the money of customers that trusted them.

I will definitely file a complain with Trading Standards.

I made a reservation to collect a car for a works journey.
I purchased the additional Excess refund product.

I arrived at the desk to be told i could not collect the car due to payment of the excess which HAD To be made by credit card first. I do not own credit cards no alternate payment methods where accepted, including cash, or Debit cards (Including Visa debit cards)..

I had originally arrived by taxi to the airport, so had to pay for the return fair on top.

I wrote to their customer services team, who made every excuse in the book to not refund the payment.

Never do business with them again.

The car reservation and withdraw money after five months, the company withdrew the rent again, the amount of rent under the pretext that Atlaschoice company has not received the amount

I have paid for their service, received a car by another company, who has then charged me again saying atlas choice hasn't paid them?Tried to get in touch with them but you can't really, so...Better stay away from them, unless you're happy to pay twice.

Just a brief warning, this company took our money and didn't provide the cars on two bookings, they I believe are actually in administration but they are still taking bookings. The first we knew of it was on arrival we phoned as told to get picked up, the car dealer told us and told us they hadn't been paid so no car and that the company had gone into admin. But they still ie atlas choice took our money, I cancelled the following booking but they still took the money and refused to respond to any emails. I've a disabled son I too busy to keep chasing them but shame on them knowing it was a disabled person they ripped us off anyway

Booking was easy, pick up even easier and the car was brand new. Very happy!

All round very good service. We had 2 separate bookings and both cars were very good and at a reasonable price

good afternoon, I purchased a service on your vehicle rental page with the atlaschoice with the reservation number 96385687.
When I arrived to pick up the car in funchal, the reservation was made, but not paid by the atlaschoice and they sent me invoice in the payment procedures as amounting to € 56.15 in order 7382058 7/20/2016 day and didn't give me any voucher for the removal of the car, so I arrived at funchal on the day 2/24/2017 to lift the car and had to pay all over again because the value has not been paid to the company Hertz.
I intend to know how to get that value that was taken out of my account Ladrões

I paid them for car rental in Venice last Sept, they haven't paid their bills to the rental firm who have now taken this amount from my credit card, I have contacted the administrators (can be found by going to atlaschoice home page) but their suppliers will be first in line for any compensation, There might be some recourse through credit card companies, I am awaiting a reply from mine, if you have any paperwork relating to your transactions with atlaschoice keep hold of it.
