THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ORDERED ONLINE AND AFTER A 6 WEEKS AND TEN EMAILS THEY SAID MY PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED AND IT NEVER WAS. EVERY TIME I EMAILED THEM I GOT A GENERIC RESPONSE. TOTAL AI BOT. ALSO THEIR PHONE NUMBER ON WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY

So many issues, where to begin. They sign you up for a monthly reorder without your consent. I received an email informing me my reorder was going to ship, which surprised me for many reasons (the obvious being I didn't order a reorder) but I didn't even receive my original order yet. When I contacted them, they argued that I did sign up for a monthly order, but couldn't explain why I hadn't received my original order, could they explain why I would be receiving a 5 month supply every month. When I tried to cancel the recurring order, they made it very difficult and it took many back and forth emails to do so (they do not communicate via the phone). After it a finally cancelled, they shipped the reorder anyway and are requiring me to pay for the return before they will consider issuing credit. They are nothin more than a scam and buyer beware here. Even if the product were great (which at this point it is not), the business itself is a scam.

I trusted the reviews which it seems we're not to be trusted.Having spent so much on products that were ineffective, I asked about the 90 day refund policy....they assured me.Then it turns out they will not give you a full refund if you have opened all the bottles ( they even told me to try for longer when I had one bottle unopened)...so I tried and they said no refund unless unopened bottles...30% goodwill refund.This is very poor practise.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE And FALSE ADVERTISING! They state free shipping and offer % discounts but you don’t get both - even tho they say you will! Beware they don’t stand by their policies! Even after numerous complaints and attempts for a refund showing how they advertise free shipping and yet I was charged they would not give my $$ back

I was unknowingly signed up to a subscription. The capsules do nothing I have contacted my bank to block any further money being taken from me.

I have repeatedly contacted them that I never received my order. They initially said to wait another 2-3 days and if of I still don't have it they would offer a refund. I have numerous emails that offer the same response but nothing about refund or delivery. Terrible company! Do not trust them!

Neutral response. Have not noticed any difference or improvement to my knee. Supposedly, the oil is yet to arrive (although I did not order it).

It’s been nearly two weeks and my order has still not shipped. Support is saying they are backed up and not sure when it will go out. When I processed the order it said it would ship within 1-3 days.

I ordered the product online. In couple of minutes after ordering I cancelled it to avoid delivery (as their site says that you can cancel it in 6 hours to avoid delivery). In spite of getting the refund I got couple of emails offering discounts instead of cancelling: at first 15%, then 30%, then again 15%. I insisted to cancel. Instead of cancellation they sent me the product... They just playing with you in "cat and mouse" game. Unbelievable customer service! Never will recommend this company to deal with!

I've been taking the capsules for about 3 months now and I'm really happy with them! No aftertaste at all, and they've been easy on my system. I can already notice a clear difference in how I feel overall, somehow feeling much better. Will keep testing and see how it goes, but so far I'd definitely recommend them!

Stay clear of this company. Did first purchase & inadvertently signed up for subscription. Website to cancel subscription is about changing frequency of orders but when you get to cancel section it just asks you to stay & no Stop/cancel button.
Notifying my bank now & changing credit card. Avoid this company.

Stay well clear, a complete rip off and product does not work.
USA company, so any returns end up costly, so they offer you a 15 or 30% refund instead. Either way you are out of pocket. You can buy this much cheaper elsewhere. You get signed up to a subscription if you’re not careful. I told them I didn’t want anymore sent but they still sent it. Stay clear of this company!

This company signs you up for repeat subscription after a one off purchase. Customer service do not answer questions clearly and the link to cancel the subscription is very vague. I had to contact my bank to report the issue. In terms of the product. I did not see or feel any benefits after 6 weeks.

I had never heard of Sacha Inchi before. I first came across it on Facebook and immediately Googled what it was all about. Numerous health benefits—and all very positive.

I started with the Sacha Inchi drops from Athera and now take the capsules (I personally prefer them). I’ve been taking Sacha Inchi for 7 weeks, and besides having less pain in my legs and joints, I generally feel better and am noticeably healthier and fitter. It’s simply become part of my daily routine.

I am using the oil since a few month. Felt a real difference after arround 1 month.
