I have to be honest. This company’s treatment of myself has been disgusting. I was a reliable hard worker. I never failed to turn up for my shifts on time and I went above and beyond to try to help. I was rewarded by extremely negative treatment to the extent that it impacted my mental wellbeing. When I gave my notice out of sheer necessity I was dropped immediately like a hot brick. My only offence had been to tell them the truth about how they had made me feel and the truth about dreadful practices and flaunting of food hygiene rules that threatened to put customers in danger.Management was terrible and staff morale was appallingly low. Avoid at all costs!

Had a boiler replaced by one of their engineers, Fraser MacKinnon and the job was a shambles start to finish but that still wasn't the worst part of it.

Fraser and his apprentice decided to cut a square hole in a cast iron downpipe and use silicone sealant to wedge a round plastic waste pipe into it. They used silicone to fit pipes around the boiler also instead of using reducers. They then insisted I should pay more to get the job done right. They lied several times on the job but the best line was "that's just how it's done" when I said I've never seen that anywhere I was gaslighted that "you've probably just never noticed before". Absolutely disgraceful. They also didn't realise I had spoken to the electrician about his costs and then tried to double his bill in their pricing.

They insisted I should pay before the job was completed and they would come back to finish the job removing the cold water storage tank. When I refused to pay the full bill until the job was done they eventually finished it although I refused to let the apprentice back in my house as he was far too insulting and I couldn't trust him. They didn't put any sheets down and when they drilled through brick and spraying black dust everywhere didn't even bother cleaning up until I insisted several times instead I was initially told "that's your bricks". They managed to rip my washing machine cable by wrenching the washing machine out and didn't put a seal on the replacement leaving it without a washer and loose causing a leak. When called about the leak Fraser told me his hip had taken a bad turn and he was desk bound for 8 hours a day but has been seen at other jobs.

The wall unit for the boiler was put on with only 1 screw so it has a nice 360 rotation to it and the pipe clips weren't screwed in either just attached the cheap plastic piping making it a useless addition.

The boiler needed a clip from Bosch which Fraser then held onto. It felt like it was a ransom demand in exchange for money on a partially complete job.

They used the cheapest materials on everything but charged top level pricing. Fraser even thought he could shout at me at one point but that didn't work out too well for him. Absolutely avoid this company if this is who they use to do jobs.

My wife worked there for about a year, to the point where enough is enough and this job started to impact her well-being.

Constantly understaffed, obvious favouritism, terribly managed, with conflict of interest included.

Management made everyone looking very bad at front of customers.
Therefore it was noticed multiple times by customers and complaints were made.
What does it tell you when you have customers seeing and worrying about service providers.

Incorrectly calculated wages on a monthly basis. She had to beg and chase for the money they were due.
Once she left, P45 was provided while money for her last month are still not correct.

If you value your business, your staff, yourself, if you have just a bit of self respect, you will never higher this company and will never be employed there.

Stay away as far as possible.

Treat u like dirt expect staff to work shifts without a break even though have medical issues that require a break but they don't care worse company for mental health issues NON EXISTENT HELP WITH IT and managers are the worst ever USELESS

Worked for this company and I can say with all honesty they are THE WORST company I've ever worked for. They stole 8 hours pay from me and never repaid it. I was made redundant but they put me down as resigning so I didn't get my holiday pay owed. They're very rude to their staff and all round just a dodgy, untrustworthy company and if you're thinking of applying to work for them - don't! I wish I'd listened!!

This company does not deserve even 1 star, but it doesn't seem like you can leave 0 stars for them. My employer employs Atalian Servest to do the cleaning and maintenance in our building. They are nothing short of lazy, incompetent and completely disinterested in doing anything. Their first port of call is to fob you off, in fact they'll fob you off until you go to the extremes of making an official complaint by writing into their CEO office.
I had to do this after reporting a fault with an air vent on our floor back in July of last year (2021) and 14 months and several dozen excuses later it still hasn't been fixed. This is the point at which I recently wrote into their CEO office. I'm not privy to exactly what the company I work for pays for the service (or lack thereof) of Atalian Servest but I understand that it's a lot in comparison to what they provide. AVOID this company like the plague and find a better rated company.
