Customer service was very responsive in assisting me with my order.

I found the end-to-end experience of shopping with Aswemove to be easy and efficient. I received an email shortly after receiving my order that suggested I reach out if I had any concerns, so I did, even though its not something I usually do. I had chosen the wrong size and they worked with me to get my items exchanged with no fuss at all. I even received multiple emails over the weekend, each showing a lot of willingness to help me.

I had a minor issue with one of the pair I ordered. I contacted support, sent pictures and explained what was going on. They answered fast and sent a replacement even faster. That helped earn a customer for life in my book. Thank you AsWemove!

Biggest waste of money and probably the dumbest purchase I’ve ever made. Three pairs of cheap fabric “cloth” took over a month to get here. They clearly have great marketing making their undies look sexy but they are absolute trash. No wonder they don’t ask you to leave a review after ordering and why when you look up the company there is no place to even leave a review. There is only “see the reviews” and they are all highly rated. Must be paid off or they are robot reviews.
130 dollars for three pairs of the most useless trash is such a scam. Hope not too many more people fall for this garbage company.

I've ordered from them probably half a dozen times. Not ONCE have I been disappointed. Customer service via email was punctual and helpful! Of the dozens of pairs that I own, only one had what I chalked up to a stitching flaw. Not worth debating in the grand scheme of things. As long as new colors come out, I'll continue to be a customer. My only wish is that they'd start a reward program and apply past purchases to it!

$100 mistake
. Sizing incorrect. I’m a 33 waist 170lbs. 5’8” so average.
Trouble with shipping to start which I can be patient and it did come in three days later than expected. Fine. Read the return policy. Great. Tried one pair on. They feel silky smooth. Ordered my usual size medium because the company size chart suggested it. I ordered the undies that have more room for my big guys down there.
The fabric in the private area is breathable and see through. It does not expand a whole lot so everything was pretty locked in place. The back part seem is across my butt making it into a four butts look. Definaty should have gone a size up. I opened up the other two pairs because hey, I made that decision and same thing.
They run smaller than regular sizes of anything anywhere. The model picture shows a huge package and that must be a cod piece in use because that is what I was expecting for room. So I tried it. A $100 investment going to my partner who is smaller size.

I have contacted costumer services due to an issue I had. They were very helpful and quick to respond to my needs. I have had nothing but great experiences with the products and the service they provide.

I cannot say enough about how great the service from ASWEMOVE is, they are very fast in answering any problems one may have and stand behind their product. If there is any problems they solve them fairly and fast. Their underwear is like wearing nothing at all. They are so comfortable and keep my boys cool and dry. They are the best for travel also, they do not take up room in your suitcase. They can be washed and dried overnight. These are a must for travelers. Cannot recommend a better product and a better company that gives A-1 Service. Thanks

Started off with a high price and slow shipping... but with a miniscule defect, they replaced it with zero hassle and a bunch of discount codes, they are much more resonable on price. They are very polite to deal with and never make you feel like you did something wrong over replacement. And they are super comfortable, breathable, and easy to take care of.

I had placed an order without reviewing everything and there customer service took care of my mistake asap. It was so fast I couldn’t believe it and that level of help for my own mistake will make me purchase from them when I’m ready to commit next time

The customer service was quick to respond to an issue with the site that defaulted to size xx. We were too late to stop the shipping, but was sent instructions on how to initiate an easy return and exchange. Everything was fast and efficient.

It started with a Youtube Ad that caught my attention from the start. After looking through their website, I placed my first order within the first 5 minutes. It was one of those, I have to try these moments. I quickly realized that I had messed up my order (my fault) and reached out to their customer service department. Kenneth was very quick with his initial reply and continued with quick replies to get me answers. He was able to get my order corrected quickly and without any headaches. What a great start with a new company. A company that actually delivers TOP NOTCH SERVICE! As much as I wanted to send a review based solely on my customer service experience, I decided to wait until my product arrived and I’m glad I did. I ordered the Dominate Boxer Briefs. These are hands down the most comfortable boxers I’ve ever worn and let’s face it, the wife was MORE than happy to see me in them. The true test though came from wearing them for the first full day. I own a handyman business and I’m always twisted up in different positions throughout the day, climbing ladders, kneeling, under a sink, etc. The result, no bunching, binding, twisting or pinching and as much as it feels like you’re wearing nothing at all, you’re also held in place the whole time. Quite honestly I found myself getting aroused several times during the day when I did notice the “feeling” of them on my skin. I highly recommend these and I look forward to wearing them and showing them off to my wife!

For someone who stands 8 to 14 hours a day and constantly moving I would recommend wearing these. I have been a customer for over 2 years and have had great expierence. Everything stays in place but not sweaty and sticky. The boxer briefs are great for those tight slacks days.

The Aswemove Support team are amazing. They were able to adjust my order so i could try out different sizes and they come through. As a result I recorded this feedback "I thought they were too expensive and initially bought two, a large and a medium - then i realize how comfortable they were and ordered 2 more, a medium and small. I love the tight feeling, Ii do not feel they make me hot or cold, I do not feel strangulated as the neck line is perfect, the length is also perfect, no riding up. I need more."
