The tutors are friendly and communication is good
The tutors are friendly. I’ve only just started and can see how they task you to be diligent. I was nostalgic cos I miss studying especially research. From the beginning of enrolling in the course, you’ll feel the seriousness. However, I’ve been stuck for months now because of the course required by my workplace assessor. I’ve only been able to complete unit one and can’t proceed due to this. I initially referred two friends of mine and we’re experiencing the same issue.
At first, I saw that they were able to provide an assessor for a fee on their website but it’s not there . I can’t get my money back and I can’t complete this course, it’s really frustrating.
The course is for NVQ3 . Two colleagues that I introduced to you have the same issue. We’re stuck because the procedure for assessorship is cumbersome and I know someone who has to do withdraw her payment via Klarna because the person that wanted to be her assessor discontinued due to this.
I’ve had four Nurses discontinue when they learned what the process was about. I don’t think it’s fair for students to lose their money and also not be able to get their nvq3 certificate in health and social care due to no fault of theirs.

It is the responsibility of each student to arrange their own workplace assessor. Our support team is available to guide you and your assessor through the process, and the commitment required from the assessor is kept to a minimum.
