shoes were damaged when they arrived, mice had eaten from them. I sent severall mails to hello@ and support@. they promised me about 5 times that a reaction will be given within max 3 days. so 5 mails and 9 days later not a single reaction at all. I also tried to reach them by phone severall times, everytime I was in the waitinglist for about an hour, after that the connections was broken, so contact by phone seems impossible.

this is the worst customer service I have ever met.

finally they contacted me and everything went well, I have got new shoes and the delivery of the new pair was fast.

Ordered a pair of shoes, but the package were lost during shipment. I’ve sent them multiple e-mails but haven’t heard from them.
And when i try to contact them on the phone, i wait for 10 minutes with annoying waiting music and the it hangs up automatically.
Hope this will help eventually.

Edit: The package wasn’t lost by DHL but post nord, so this also makes me think that they are not doing anything.

And if you are solving my case, why wouldn’t you let me know instead of not respondent?

I have tried to contact you regarding my order AG43533866 I received a message from the delivery company “post Nord” that they have lost my package after they received it. Tracking number CO650157501DE. And that I am to contact you on this matter. I assume that you will contact DHL/PostNord regarding what the next steps would be. I assume that you also have been informed about the delivery being lost. I have attached the info I got from the PostNord App. In the mail I send to you the 1/4 and then I wrote you on the 4/4. I still haven’t heard anything from you. This is very poor customer service.
please reimburse the amount to my account.
Update. I have today recived my reimbursement from Asphalt Gold. For the lost parcel. Better late than never.

I ordered a pair of sneakers, had to return them because they were too big. Although the tracker confirms that the site has received the goods, ASPHALTGOLD refuses to reimburse me. I had to involve PAYPAL who decided and reimbursed me. Deplorable customer service

They did not respond to a warranty claim which the manufacturer claimed the defect of.

Despite some of these bad reviews, i still chose AsphaltGold. And wasn't disappointed. Shipment received to a non-eu country with no issues. Quality, original product in original box. Exactly what I ordered. Even the advice in the listing to order a half size down if between sizes was really helpful. I can't fault AsphaltGold. Thank you for a smooth transaction. If I lived closer, I'd certainly visit your store in person.

Terrible. .
Ordered pair of adidas runners.
Went away on two weeks business trip. Runners arrived during time away. Got home to find the size 42 “genuine” Adidas runners were much too tight. Never have I ordered genuines adidas runners which are not true to size.
14 day return period had expired so contacted their customer service. Told I could return them but I would have to pay shipping costs. Asked for more clemency and never heard back. When everyone else is offering 28 day return periods and these antiquated jokers are offering 14 with no grace they will eventually cease. Certainly I for one will be using word of mouth to tell friends to Caveat Emptor.

And in response to your answer. Correct, it is not a suitable solution hence my first and last comment.

Update(7/3/24): shoes were sent back almost immediately and have been with them
since 7days and yet no communication over confirmation or refund status. Overall below par service - wouldn’t not recommend for it poor service reasons. 2 stars

Received shoes that were of completely wrong size. It’s been 4 weeks since order I don’t have the shoes I wanted nor the money I paid(waiting for refund). Which is a strange thing to happen, you’d expect this at a second hand store or at Vinted for instance. However, they were kind enough to provide a free return label.

I ordered a pair of Vans that I couldn’t get hold of in the UK and I am very pleased with the service and product I have received. I was really impressed by the amount of stuff available online and considering the trainers had to come from Germany to the UK, I was also very impressed by the speed of delivery.

***WARNING***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Returned a pair of online purchased shoes with a recorded and registered courier. Proof of delivery from Deutsche Post on 18th January but a denial of delivery from Asphalt Gold so no refund. This has happened multiple times, as can be seen from other Asphalt Gold Trustpilot reviewers, unfortunately a fraudulent outfit. I’m hoping my VISA guarantee will now cover my refund but a terrible experience nonetheless.

This is the second order made with them and everything is perfect. Packed with care. Good prices. The shipping was fast (2 days from DE to RO + 1 day to my home, same the first time). The item is original. Trusted seller in my opinion and I will definitely buy from them again!
