Absolutely terrible solicitors and would advise anyone thinking of using them to go elsewhere.
We wanted to set up Wills for my elderly parents. The initial draft was diabolical, full of typos, incorrect names and did not follow requirements. A second version was issued which was still incorrect.
We argued with Ansons for 6 months that it was not correct and did not reflect my parents wishes, but they refused to change it and demanded payment.
The document provided is not worth the £700 they charged.

I have POA for my mother and needed to sell her property to fund her care home. I was selling the property to my daughter at market value. All straight forward i thought. I had a phone call from someone at Ansons warning me that I shouldn't sell it for less than market value. And I assured her I wasn't. Because of Covid I had to do some stupid online I.d. which I could not seem to do on my computer (even though I let them have plenty of other I.d.) They gave my mobile details to a third party without my consent (is that legal) who kept phoning me up asking when I would complete the online I.d. when I contacted Ansons they also asked for a copy of the bill for my mother's care home???? I felt as though they either didn't believe me or didn't want the work!!!!! I went to Moseleys solicitors instead and dealt with Jackie there. All paperwork dropped off with receptionist, both of us wearing masks. Jackie kept me informed of what was going on and house sale went through without any problem. All in all Ansons wasted about 3-4 weeks of my time with this. Will use Moseleys every time and not bother with Ansons again.

A corrupt, tax-dodging firm run by shysters. The sector is better without it.

The whole process from start to finish... Wasn't hassle free but an absolute nightmare. And to top it off, even thou I provided them proof of my L.E.I documents

They still breached regulations and charged me for the ATE INSURANCE POLICY WHICH WASNT REQUIRED....

please be aware of ASONS, WHOM ARE KNOW TRADING AS COOPS LAW, THEY HAD TO CLOSE ASONS SOLICITORS DOWN. AS THEY WERE CAUGHT FOR TAX AVOIDANCE

With this being my first time within an injury claim I was unsure but this firm made it very simple with excellent customer service and very efficient in perticular a member of staff named Adil who was outstanding and I will definitely be recommending to everybody I know.

Initially the process was quite slow but once Muhammad Ali took over the case, he got things done with being very helpful and informative.

At the start of the case had very little feed back even had different people handling the case without knowing any changes where made. Emails where not always replied to. Final guy handling the case was very good and kept me updated.

Although we had a bit of a delay and several misunderstandings whilst communicating through principles claims, the overall experience with Asons solicitors was good.

The process was long but they didn't give up. They give 100% effort to help me out, Which I appreciate a lot. My solicitor (Israar Tahir) his communication was very good, give good customer service to me. Whenever I emailed him he always email back which I appreciate a lot. I will give him 10/10 on his customer service skills. He also update me on my case every single time.
