I have used Ash beauty brightening facial oil for a while now, and always liked the products. I placed an order on 18th August and have still not received my recent order. I have contacted Ash Beauty via their email address, the form on the website and also via Instagram and still not had a response, really disappointed in their customer service. Its coming up to 3 weeks since i placed my order and it still has not been dispatched nor have i received any update or response from Ash Beauty,

Before I could choose to order or not, my order was completed. I asked to have it cancelled. Answer: no. Product arrived broken. A lot. I sent photos. Was offered full refund. Never received refund.

Stil waiting for my parcel for last 2week ,i shows only preapring shipment in 2weeks and noone replied to my email .its so frustating there is neithet web chat service nor contact number of them . No doubt the product is so good but the service is really very bad even worst .

Lovely makeup and I love the lipstick style foundation.

Items never delivered

Placed the order over two weeks ago, it's not been marked as dispatched, nor has there been any updates to apologise for any delays in shipping etc.
I've tried to contact the company through both the Shop app and through their own email and had no reply via either platform. I've had more emails through about rating their service than I have about the whereabouts of my actual order. So far I'm simply £30 down with no idea if I'll ever get my item, or a refund.
Not my first time buying from this company, and usually everything's been fine, and I'm not one to leave reviews normally, but given that they sent me an email requesting I leave feedback on my experience whilst my item is still missing, I have left one in this instance.

Item didn't arrive on time, twice I asked for a refund, with no response, then I received 3 items, none matching the item that I did want, I ordered a burgundy eye glitter, got sent red, grey and a brown lip liner, and all I wanted was refunded.

Beautiful shade of blue eye shadow, easy to apply. Will be buying a spare. Arrived quickly.

The products are as always packaged so well and arrived safe and well. Just what I wanted and also the free lip pencil wow! Thanks. Can't wait to see what the brand do next!

Items were well packaged nicely. First time using Ash Cosmetics and also a cream stick foundation so lets see how i get on as I really struggle to match my skin tone.

Delivery too slow been over a week since I placed my order and still not received it. Very unhappy with the slow service. Item has finally been dispatched but will be few days before I receive it.

Have been using Ash Cosmetics Foundation Stick for a few years. Best foundation ever if you want to cover pigmentation. Best value lasts ages.
