Awful experience. Ordered groceries online. Charged twice and cancelled order after it was delayed by over an hour after paying 8.99 for express delivery. Most items were unavailable then the delivery... See more

Don’t bother, shop elsewhere
Ordered a food delivery and was delivered god knows where, Asda refuses any accountability.
Chewy mini chicken fillets
I’m not sure if they’ve changed where they buy their mini chicken fillets from, but the last 3 times I’ve bought them, I’ve had to throw them in the bin because of the texture. Chewy and not succulent like they were in the past. I’m going to try another supermarket, see what they’re like.
Asda in trouble
Asda used to be a good reasonable priced supermarket.
It’s now becoming the one of the worst priced and lowest quality supermarket there is.
RIP off Britain at its finest!
Asda is falling apart
Asda is falling apart - I simply can't recall a visit that was satisfactory. The choice is shrinking, the prices are shocking, the rewards are virtually non-existent, the stock is always running out, there are hardly any checkout operators. With every week that passes, there are fewer and fewer reasons to visit.
Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad. Never again. You order 2X 940g of frostys and they send you 1X 470g
I order what I order for a reason.
I order 2X meat flavour crisps and what do I get 2 X smartprice ready salted . Not even the same flavour, unbelievably crap. I order a kg of ham what do I get 400g . Same price as the 1kg I ordered. So how does 400g last as long as 1KG. I order cheese slices and got smartprice cheese slices. There is stupid and there is Asda . And they lay staff off and employed kids who don’t give a toss about anything as long as they get paid.
If I could put a negative score I would have -10
DO NOT USE ASDA AT ALL PAY A BIT MORE AND GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. I now need to go out and spend £20 on the stuff that ASDA didn’t give me .
Better off shutting Huddersfield and all the branches down if this is how ASDA treat there customers. Rant over . If you do order from ASDA don’t say you weren’t warned
If I could give Asda less I absolutely would!
If I could give Asda less, I would!
Honestly APPALLING online shopping service! They claim ‘no substitutes’ on the day but what they actually mean is they got all of your products wrong. And to top it off because they can’t be bothered to sort things out on shop floor you’re left with out of date meat and poultry and out of pocket! Avoid Asda at all costs if you can help it….
Excellent Customer Service at Asda…
Excellent Customer Service at Asda Hunts Cross Liverpool Sophie went above and beyond to help me returning my clothing items & seeing if other stores had my size thank u 5 🌟
Looking at the score ASDA gets here is…
Looking at the score ASDA gets here is not surprising, I have decided to boycott this supermarket, mainly because it is not a value for money store anymore. However, the last nail in the coffin is, my husband picked up a chicken yesterday with todays date on it (26th April) we opened it to cook it last night and the smell was revolting and in between the legs looked already cooked. I can only presume this is where it was starting to rot, anyway it went in the bin the smell was lingering though and we had to get out the air fresheners. What has happened to this supermarket? It used to be a very good place to shop, going to ALDI or even Tesco in future, what a let down they are.
Rude Staff & Tripping Hazards
Asda West Bridgford is the review. We use use our local Asda and have never had any issues. That said my partner visited Asda West Bridgford a few months ago. She had bad experiences with unhelpful and rude customer assistants.
We went today to see if it was just an isolated incident. How wrong I was! Staff were uninterested in helping and two assistants were rude! After the second rude assistant, I was on the point of just leaving my shopping and taking my business elsewhere.
Also the shop floor was untidy and had various tripping hazards. I took some photos of the hazards. At one point I couldn’t believe my eyes. A sales assistant actually tripped over one of the hazards and just walked off! Obviously he couldn’t care less about the obvious hazard that he himself encountered. Just goes to show what the staffing in this store thinks about customer service and safety
Just been to Asda (Rawreth Lane)
Just been to Asda (Rawreth Lane)
Is the store closing down as loads of shelves empty, no stock on shelves ,also went Friday and it was same then ,must be losing lot of money, VERY POOR!
Items delivered out of date.
Almost every week I order I get a text to say something wasn’t in stock. This happens almost every single time I order. The worst was today, they delivered two items that were both two days out of date. Whoever picks the items clearly doesn’t check or care.
Soulless shops
Soulless shops. The one near me, Byker, is scruffy and dimly lit, looks like an old warehouse. Washington asda is no better. Self service tills are cramped, and as for the junk piled up near the door...who's buying this rubbish. I'd love to see the end of supermarkets, I think they've had their day
Lost Phone
Visited Asda - Burnden Park on Manchester Road, Bolton and accidentally left my phone at the self checkout. A lovely colleague called Riffat found it and kept it safe until I was able to collect. I'm extremely grateful for her finding it and making sure everything was done properly for me to identify and collect it asap. Amazing customer service!!
Asda. McVities God chocolate biscuits
My husband bought a packet of gold caramel digestives from the Asda at the Orbital Centre, Swindon yesterday.
When I went to have a gold caramel one today I noticed that the best before date is 20.04.2026 which was a week ago!
I have tried to find an email address for complaints or customer service but the website just takes you round in circles. I contacted McVities so maybe they will let Asda know that they are not showing their products in the best light. I know you can say it’s just a packet of biscuits but it all adds up.
Absolute rubbish customer service and management and bosses everybody who is working and doing this rubbish work robbing people money, using people money since, taking money from my account, i can’t spending money for anything else,
Robbing my money always pickup and delivery orders 70000051158968 rubbish always take money from my account for nothing!, just received bills, all offers missing from my order, but money take since 3 days when amended my order , I can’t buy anything else because already taken money from my account, but before pickup they send email, write “ missing all offers what I ordered “!! Robbing my money, absolute scammer group
Asda rewards used to be the best…
Asda rewards used to be the best rewards supermarket, noticing a few pence everytime i spent. These days it doesn't move, last couple of weeks I have been and spent over £50 four times and it is still on the same balance. Absolutely rubbish these days, Lidl is best one going at moment
In Jan I went to Asda in Ellistown…
In Jan I went to Asda in Ellistown where I had a bad fall on the ice. Two young girls working there & one said she almost fell in the same place. Member of the public took me inside where they asked for a chair but they gave me a stool they use to stand on which was filthy so they put cardboard on it. There was no manager on site ,no first aider &no accident book but they did have cctv. I went back to the store following week where a guy said the manager was off & he was assistant & he knew all about the accident. I since found out that I had a fracture of my lower back . I contacted a solicitor who has now informed me that Asda know nothing about this incident How convenient Awful disgusting service
Worst supermarket please avoid !
Worst supermarket please avoid !! When buying promotional deals you are always charged full price. Then comes the 30 minute argument at customer services as they dont want to rectify. This has happened not only to myself but lots of other people ive spoken to. I lost £8.25 on Mondays shop due to this but the thought of going all the way back there for the same argument to be returned is depressing. That is now my last shop at asda as im fed up paying asda to shop there by losing the promotional deals that dont exist.
Asda chilli beef noodles
Don’t buy this unless you like your mouth burning off and loads of gristle in your food and impossible to get in touch for a refund! 🤢
Useless you don't get nothing
Useless you don't get nothing. Tesco clubcard card is a hundred percent better I will be uninstalling this load of rubbish
