I had a great experience using Ascope…
I had a great experience using Ascope for shipping. Jacob was superb he responded to every query we had during the shipping process.
I would definitely recommend Ascope to anyone looking to ship their vehicle to Africa.
The only issue we had was when dropping the vehicle at the port it seemed no one was in the office to process the paperwork, and they was no way of communicating with them. I had to call Ascope for help.

The service could be significantly better. Not proactive in communicating delays to customers. You have to notice and ask before you are informed of an already missed target.
