Recently, me and my friend planned a weekend trip to Manali and Shimla. We bought 3 night 4 days package from arvholidays. We really enjoyed the breathtaking view of Solang Valley during our journey which was completely wonderful and it is a lifetime amazing experience for us. The hotel in Shimla and Manali both were awesome which was booked by Mr. Arun. There staff were very friendly even the room service, food, accommodations all were good. We enjoyed snowfall as well which blew up my mind. ARV HOLIDAYS thanks alot for the wonderful tour.

I have not got my full refund from this world class fraudulent company for a trip that was cancelled on the day of our honeymoon to Maldives 9 months back. Shameless owner. I wonder how you still run this business.

Our family trip to Europe in May 2019 was very nice. All the cities we visited in 10 days was so good and we really enjoyed the holiday. We recommend Indian restaurant and food was so good in all places. Our guide Ashok was so good. Driver and coach was always in time.

This is my second post as my first one got deleted somehow. Like many of you have already red flagged this company, I’m also a victim of fraudulent activity this company has adopted. I’m a US resident Indian and I got fooled by this company when I booked my honeymoon trip from India to Maldives. The proprietor of this company send me an email right before the day of my trip saying the trip got cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances and I haven’t got the full refund till date. It’s been almost a year now. So guys beware of this company and their unrealistic vacation deals.

We have come back from a nice family holiday. We booked a trip with Arun and he booked for Us Hotel V Lavander in Singapore. This hotel has nice location and good staff. Malaysia hotel was already great. All my family member enjoyed the services. ARV HOLIDAYS has given us very good rate. I have taken the package from many other agents and before booking with ARV Holidays, i was little worried but Arun managed very well. All servicss in time and as per plan. We thanks to all team of ARV Holidays for this lovely vacation.

We had booked a trip to Maldives with ARV Holidays. Mr. Rajesh was very helpful.He offered us a great price and all service were in place as committed. He made great arrangements to make our visit special. Nice company and nice dealing with them. Highly recommended!

Our family had used ARV Holidays twice in the past 10 years with acceptable experience. Back in 2013 when we first worked with ARV Holidays, Arun Sharma was nice enough to come and meet us at the hotel in New Delhi.
We didn't even think twice to book again with him in July this year. Boy, were we wrong in our decision!!!! We are not sure what has gone wrong with the travel agency or its management since we first got to know them, but it was the worst experience ever.

Once we finalized an itinerary and he quoted a price, we payed in full (2 months prior to travel date) without a question. Though we could have paid half then and half later, we trusted him enough from our prior experience that we didn't think twice to pay all at once (huge mistake). Upon receipt of the money transfer, we did not get any confirmation on our bookings (hotel and flights) for weeks. That's when we started to wonder something is different this time. Started researching online and found awful reviews. We wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and continued to work with him (another mistake).

Early on phone calls and WhatsApp messages were answered.. each time with a lame excuse and a false promise that we would get all the hotel and flight bookings today/tomorrow/next Monday.....you get the point.
Weeks would roll by and we would get neither.

With days left to travel we were getting extremely anxious, we kept pushing him to send us confirmations. We were finally able to get him to make/send us hotel bookings (it was unpaid, just rooms held with his credit card on file). We were never able to get confirmation on our domestic flights before we left US for our trip. His excuse to that was, "You get to India first, I will have it for you".

Well.. when we made it to India (thank God we made our own international flight arrangements) to his credit, he did have a taxi arranged for us to take us to the Hotel and around the town.
Hotel rooms were booked (still unpaid though). With continued pressing from us and the hotel accounting staff, he made the payment on the hotel rooms as we were checking out... quite stressful.
We got confirmation on our domestic flight (one segment only) 1 day prior to our travel date..
He was supposed to book us a second (return) segment, which he never did. Hours before our planned departure.. we were told "Sorry, I don't have the flight tickets for you".
We were put in a taxi and driven 10 hours to a major city airport so we could get on a flight. While driving to get to the airport we bought tickets on our own paying outrageous last minute prices. He promised us that he would reimburse us the money.. It has been 2 months since and we haven't seen any.

From the research we did during our ordeal (and through our connections), we found out that the physical address the office claims to be located at (in New Delhi) does not even exist (it is boarded up), there are many fraudulent cases pending against Arun Sharma/ARV Holidays on file at the local police station.
Wish we had done the same research before we signed up.. we wouldn't have had to go through all the heartache we did.

We are experienced travelers and constantly travel around the globe.. We have worked with many travel agencies during our travels.. we have never ever had to experience the stress and uncertainty of what we had to go through with ARV Holidays and Arun Sharma. It took AWAY the JOY from our vacation.

Our main intent to write this review is to forewarn any other travel loving families out there to think twice before they book with ARV Holidays.

All over the internet there are hundreds of negative reviews of this company. They seem to be unprofessional, pathetic, mannerless agency. Our associated company has been cheated by ARV holidays and they have robbed them off money as well. They take money in advance, bookings are cancelled or money not paid to hotels/ drivers etc so clients face embarrassment / awkward situation for all this they blame the client, never pay back and embezzles that amount. Stay away from ARV Holidays they will cheat at every stage.

We recently returned from a lovely trip to Dubai. All arrangements were great and as per the package commitment. All services were well in time and communication for the pick up and tours was great. I would recommend ARV Holidays to all my friends. This was our second trip with ARV Holidays.

I have booked Dubai Holidays through Arv Holidays, this was our second trip with Arv holiday after Singapore and Malaysia.

I have received best prices from arv holidays so decided to proceed with the booking even after reading lots of mixed reviews as we have already gone to Singapore with them.

Everything was perfect and same as mentioned in the itinerary and inclusion.

Our trip was intially handled by Mr Rajesh and then by Mr Arun Sharma.

Both of them made sure , that everything goes smoothly according to the plan.

Local supplier in dubai ( SAGO ) chosen by ARV Holidays made sure that every transfer and sightseeing happens on time.

If they continue to offer best prices , we will definitely consider them in future too.

I had booked Kullu-Manali trip in ARV holidays. They have provided us excellent services, we are very comfortable with hotel rooms. Our trip car driver was very friendly. We prefer to travel again with ARV. Thanks to Mr Rajesh Singh for making our trip memorable.

On Dec 26th 2018 i have booked golden triangle 3 Days tour for 18th to 20th
Jan 2019 with Arvholidays, it was great pleaser to visit all the three places with family and most enjoyable moments are captured by my family in Rajasthani cultural activities. If i say about my tour exprience its woth my moneny that i have booked via ARVHolidays. Their is losts of help and support done by staff for my kids.

This is in reply to your questions. Hotels and air tickets were booked by ourselves. I had booked only land package with you for which you created problems and you were not answering call when we called you from Dubai after we got to know that our trip plan is on hold as Dubai representative is waiting for payment from Arun. And only after our friend in Delhi made a call to Arv holidays and he used call them everyday and push them to get our trip sorted . It was a headache for us. We regret going with you. Every morning we had to literally go through fight over phone and get our trip done .
I have all supporting docs for my claim for refund.
I will share it with you .

This is in reply to are holidays posr for my review : " we made booking 8 days before and I got all the supporting mails for the same, we didn't request for any extra service after payment or in trip, everyone knows how fraud is arv holidays and arun Arun. And infact on the day of travel you created prob by not sharing visas and demanded for extra amount with a promise of refunding. Not only that , Arun had not paid his Dubai partner who was in charge of our trip and we had problems after going to Dubai. Dubai agent of arv holidays told us clearly that Arun had not made payment for our trip to them completely and only they can pick us up from airport . Then after giving warning from our friends in India , who were about go give police complaint and we were ready to raise complaint in embassy , then Arun answered our call and said he made payment, again a lie, because it was not done . I got full video and recorded conversation of all the confusion and situation we faced on the arrival to Dubai itself . It was story for entire stay. And everyone knows whatever you say is a lie now. I can post all mails, recorded conversation and videos . " I have all details of all services asked at time of booking, for which we made payment on the day one of the discussion and hardly any services offered from Arv in Dubai. "
T ook 1l extra from my trip amount last year to hand over our Visa to Dubai and since then he is not answering my call and initially he said he would be refunding my amount but after an year also, I don't see him doing anything needful regarding my refund .

Please can you help me guide to get my money back .

We have booked our dubai tour with arv holidays.. It was pleasure to be associated with these people.. They made our trip tension free..everything was properly organised and scheduled. Had a great experience with them.

I had booked the Golden Triangle tour with ARV holidays. We were unable to see some of the attractions due to timings not being well planned but overall was a pleasant trip. But thank you to Rajesh who booked amazing hotels for us and our driver Suniel Pandey.

ARV Holidays is only the perfect place to get associated. I would rather say that the destination arrangements company is value for the money.

Arun was very responsive to queries and provided a well tailored itinerary based on my rather restricted time. Thank you

ARV Holidays is an exquisite tour solutions company. I approached the company for it offered me option on special interest tours. The company has good service innovation, and my heart could rely on their tour packages. And moreover, their travel agents are experienced.
